Use full heal and try to evade their stuns. Surging strike is really fast it heals you too plus liquidation gives you shield too

That's why I said if someone is main machamp or any pokemon they know how to play but those who are new or trying to learn these pokemon its better to play better option than these pokemon because they need buffs. I haven't found good charizard garchomp player myself till now who can stop urshifu etc. so here you go.
