Remote build in Port Royal, Roatan, Honduras

Welcome to the build of the beautiful East-End, in Port Royal, Roatan, Honduras.
The build is coming along nicely with the foundation and framing; since this video, the roof sheeting has been going on.
To the South, out in the water is Fort Morgan Cay ('key'), a 40-acre resort that rents on AirBNB (All inclusive) at $6,400+/night pp.
On a clear and low-humidity day, you can see the Mountains of mainland Honduras.
To the West of Fort Morgan are the islands named Calf & Cow.
On a few pans out to the East, the islands of Helene, Santa Elena, Isla Morat, and Isla Barbareta come into view.
