1 bunch fresh parsley
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
salt, ground pepper, ground cumin, dried thyme to taste
Glaze:
5-6 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
salt, ground pepper to taste
