    Correction- MMC/LMC Modifier doesn't applied with circularity tolerance (This is an surface tolerance) MMC/LMC Modifier and bounce tolerance concept only applies to the flatness, straightness, perpendicularity, angularity, parallelism and position tolerance.
    MMC/LMC and bounce tolerance concept doesn't apply to circularity, cylindericity, symmetry, concentricity, and runout tolerance. I'll explain this in an upcoming video.

    20:49 when my shaft is manufacture in 19 mm in MMC my position tolerance zone around move to 2.5mm variation. this one section similar to RFS when i no modifier applied My shaft is manufacture in 19 mm in MMC my position tolerance zone around move to 2.5mm variation .
    My doubt is when i applied MMC which size are correct just shaft is only manufacture at 21mm. or i made shaft at 19mm which one is correct.

    @28.48 in part either we given mmc or lmc manufacturer can go upto the extreme tolerance.
    Like in mmc 20+-1 position tolerance in mmcof 0.5 means he can go up 21.5mm dia of shaft
    In same lmc 20+-1 position tolerance of mmc 0.5 means also he can go 20.5 dia shaft
    My doubt is where exact i have to use mmc or lmc.. In these kind of conditions
    Bonus tolerance understood concept very well.. These one running on my mind

      First of all, MMC/LMC modifier applies to only Geometrical tolerance, Like position tolerance, flatness, perpendicularity etc, Not to the size Like 20 +-1 .
      Second when MMC modifier is applied with position tolerance, it will affect only the position tolerance, not the size tolerance,
      So, Can manufacture produce the shaft size at extreme tolerance, Yes always,
      if shaft size is 20+-1 mm, this can be anything in range of 19 to 21 mm. (Nothing to do with position tolerance, 21.5 is not correct)
      If MMC is applied, only position tolerance will be increase (bounce tolerance) when shaft size smaller than MMC.

    Sir, I have been watching your videos; the way you explain everything really makes sense and is easy to understand. I have one question: in position tolerance value, i.e., position tolerance zone value, such as 0.5 or 0.1..... where does it come from? Is there any table for it? Please answer me. thank you very much

      Hey, I this video, give position tolerance such as 0.5 or 0.1 are just an example. Now here these come from, so there is no table, or guideline, all the geometric tolerance comes from design intent, and should be full fill the required function. I have explained this in very first video of GD&T (How to learn GD&T), I will explain these in more detail in upcoming GD&T videos
