I am starting my 3rd airline in July. All your tips are so true. Put your nose, down, stay off your phone, pay attention and study. Then enjoy the perks of an awesome job. 🇨🇦✈️🇬🇧
As a telecommunications trainer for the past 9 years and a professional in the industry the pst 25…you’re giving solid advice. My second career as a FA begins Jan, 2025.
I have one year left of highschool and then I'll start my training... and honesty the mere thought of flight attendancy is the thing keeping me going ❤ I can't wait to join yall in the sky ✈️
That’s a very great video about the training for all of the flight attendants. I hope that all of the flight attendants will do well with their exams. Charissa, I hope that you will have a very pleasant happy Easter Sunday with your family and friends. ☺️☺️
Hey I’ve just received my CJO for American Airlines for flight Attendants… while excited, I’m also a bit nervous because I’m told that training is extremely challenging. Can you help me on more tips for confidence and where so may find some tools for more learning? Thanks!
Thank you so much for your advice! It s such a pleasure listening to you , you have a good manners , your rhetoric is great , no wonder you are hired ! 🙏🙏🙏🙏👮♀️

I have an interview coming up with air Canada and after hearing about the dude that was let go for failing an exam I am reconsidering all of this hahaha job sounds great but imagine quitting my current job only to be let go after three weeks of doing so it's scary
Thanks I’m worried about if I’m gonna pass the exam I think my biggest problem will be maybe understanding everything they say Because I speak 3 languages and I’m getting trained for the German flights I don’t k‘now if that’s actually different But I don’t think so I guess I will find out when I’m there in October
Exams and training are done in English or French, if you are training in Canada. You will take a language test for whatever language you are hired for, which is separate. You got this!
Hi B, can you share more information about dress code for the training? How many hours a day is the training? Tips for study? How many test a week? Sorry for so many questions, I will be grateful for any info you can provide. Thank you so much!
I trained almost 5 years ago, so I din't know what has changed but they will give you all the details you need when you get hired for training. It was casual business dress then and the hours/tests vary. PS. I did a study tips video which I hope can help!
May I ask if you know whether there is an internal promotion program for Jazz (AC Express) FAs to move onto mainline? I've heard there is for pilots. If so, do you know much about the process i.e. do you start from scratch seniority-wise once you transfer to mainline?
Oh I’m so happy for you! You got this! ✈️✨At my airline it was business casual. I also think it was black + white?? But I’m not sure anymore. Ask your training coordinator they will tell you or have info in your welcome letter
@@WingitMyWay yeah I got hired with Air Canada so I’m just waiting for the one week mark because they said they will send the rest of the info one week prior to the training 😃. Thanks for you kind words hope to see you on a flight 😎😎

If you dedicate yourself to it, you’ll have no issues! They will do extra coaching with you if you struggle with something. The trainers are amazing

omg - ty! it's always changing depending where I am - will add it to my to-make video list!
Hi! I’ve been watching your videos recently and I have my medical test tomorrow to be a flight attendant! What should I expect at the medical?
Thanks for watching! It's a basic medical, but there's also a hearing test, drug test, and reach test.
Hey thanks alot for the great tips.
So how did you get to live in the Caribbean and be a Canadian Flight Attendant?
Some people even live in Europe while working for an airline. They merely bunch their work days together and commute.
As long as you can get to work on time, the airline doesn't care where you live
May I ask if you know whether there is an internal promotion program for Jazz (AC Express) FAs to move onto mainline? I've heard there is for pilots. If so, do you know much about the process i.e. do you start from scratch seniority-wise once you transfer to mainline?
Im sorry - I don’t know anything about this 🙈
There’s no way you would lose your # if you flow from jazz to red. even station workers would keep their seniority.
I just got hired at the same airline you work at! Just curious, was the Disney trip was free or did it come out of your future pay? Thanks so much!!
I believe it came out of pay later :)
My initial training is May 2nd to June 17th and I’m legit so excited but scared. What’s the dress code btw?

I retired, raised my daughter now going to college… I love aviation and am a pilot… I have silver hair now… can I be a flight attendant? Thanks!
Why not!? 😃
@@WingitMyWay healthy empty nester by June, so I can try a new adventure…
Do it! ♥️✈️
Not a flight attendant, training or ever want to be one, but I work with them and I’m curious.
Thanks for being here ✈️
How many people passed in your group? And how many failed?
Almost everyone passed, maybe it was 3-5 people that didn’t…it was a while ago, so I don’t remember well
Is there a medical exam delta? I can hear but my hearing is not 100%
There is a medical exam yes
Is it 100% theory ? Or practical exam to?
Both!
What airline u work in?
It’s a secret 🤫
@@WingitMyWay ok
You are such a pretty woman.
Where was your training? Did you had to move there? Are you paid?
My training was in Vancouver where I already lived at the time. You are paid a small amount during training.
@@WingitMyWay could you share the amount pls? Is it half of salary or minimum wage?
@@raniaqueen110 15$/h

Are they give a chance rqgrsing test exame or sharply once u fail means out not sure about it !
I don’t know about every airline, but you often will get a retake!
Great info!
