aight guys hear me out, i came here again after kobo releasing overdoses cover too. i tried to sync both song and boiiii..... reine high pitch voice and kobo bass voice as one in this cover really a majestic
YEEES the two mixed real well! i was doing two tab simultaneusly tho, and at time the beat didn't really overlap but on vocal parts they're combined really well.
You mean autotune from start to ending ?
@@MoirryStationif you are talking about the big difference between her normal voice and her voice when she released overdose then it’s not autotune, if you watch her videos, you’d know she can use a different voice that’s very different from her own (not trying to be sexist here) and it sounds more like a man’s voice
@@MoirryStation I’m not saying kobo’s version of overdose didn’t have autotune, as mostly every song has some autotune to it so Kobo’s singing of overdose was no different.
On my opinion,kobo's voice is like deeper meanwhile reine's voice is like cheerful and louder

It might seem weird, but to me, this gives a more personal vibe than the original (might be because of the mic or the mixing?); furthermore, the little changes in the singing... OH MY GOODNESS, it's soooo good 2:37 is like a smack to my ear, caught me off guard, and is *chef kiss* perfection. And have I mentioned her accent when singing?! Damn, it's perfect with the swinging beat; the singing is like smooth peanut butter. And RedShift is back at it again with the fantastic mixing and Sagi with the superb tuning. Do you know what immediately came to mind once you reached the chorus of this cover? Your Envy Baby cover. It's that same feeling on hearing how you pronounce Japanese words in a foreign accent. Overdose is a bit slower than Envy Baby, and I can only describe the way you sing this song in one word: "Sexy".

This was so good! Your voice really fits this song bang on! Love the groovy yet a bit melancholy vibes. REDSHiFT did an amazing work with the mixing, really makes the energetic bass line pop in just the right way. Definitely a playlist staple for me.

Wow... where so I even begin? Reine, this is perfect, seriously. I love the groovyness of the original song, so I was wondering what spin you'd put on it and... I love the way you sing it!!! Your singing has a subtle punch to it and your voice is so clear!! (I love how smooth your tones are, and your use of vibrato is super tasteful ) Super groovy!
Redshift did awesome-- the filters and "glitch" effects are super nice because they don't overwhelm your vocals and accent the song very effectively. I also love how your voice stands out in front of the baseline, which is still super prevalent. The mixing is totally within my preferences. Sagi did an amazing job as usual with the tuning!
Finally, I absolutely love the way Evening Lights made the MV creatively from Rararamax's beautiful illustration (which btw I love the coloring, lighting, and linework. It's so crisp and has a wonderfully different tone from the original that I really appreciate)! How so I describe it? The way that the panning, cuts, and fonts move in tandem with the music really gives the video a funky, but classy, feel which matches your vibes perfectly: funky and classy!
Seriously, this cover is such an earworm, I've probably listened to it 20 times already while writing this comment lol. I have so much more to say, but idk if I can articulate all my feelings just yet-- I'm too busy bopping my head and vibing to the beat Thank you Reine for the hard work, and for everyone who worked so hard on this epic piece!!
