whenever i try and enter the domain into cname at 8:05 i get "One or more of the CNAMEs you provided are already associated with a different resource." I do not have any other cloudfront distributions created when this happens
Even if there isn't another CloudFront distribution using the CNAME, it might already be in use by a different resource, such as a website or another service hosted elsewhere. To check this, use a DNS lookup tool or your domain registrar's control panel to see if the CNAME currently points to anything.

I also have the same thing happen if I leabe it blank and go to the next step at 8:52
