Fun fact: The pseudo-underwater scenes in the MV for The Flood were actually a recycled concept by director Sophie Muller from her work on the Sarah McLachlan video for U Want Me 2 which was released in 2008.
Call My Name is Cheryl's best single!!! While it defo gives Early 10's vibes - it's an absolute BELTER!!! I still go hard if that track comes on!!!! Would like to have seen Cheryl do a more dancey album tbf but not all EDM dance
Yeah Yeah definitely should have been a single! I kept imagining how the video would have looked like back in the day. Do you guys ever have imaginary MVs play in your head btw? 😆
Cheryl did the opposite of Girls Aloud; she tried to sound too American. I appreciate a change of music direction, as it’s more grown and sounds like something she’d actually listen to. While her lead singles were GREAY, her album tracks were lacking. Overall, I prefer Cheryl with GA. She’s clearly more confident and comfortable. So funny how Chris and I were the few GA and Cheryl fans in the US. I also went to the XFactor auditions just to see Cheryl in the flesh! I’ll never forget it, even though I was very high up.

Agreed on all these points!

OF COURSE! What happens in your music video vision?

Very valid points and love that you also went to the auditions!! Do you think she did well?
She needed more time to warm up!
