Transformational Leadership Cohort 2023 PIlot

What do nonprofit leaders need? A safe place to learn, receive coaching, resourcing and mentoring with other leaders who know what they are going through. In 2023 we tested a leadership cohort model that was tailored to both the individual needs of the leaders while also helping them address some of their key pain points including leadership competencies, fund development and process improvement. Once we secure funding we will offer 2 TLC's a year for up to 5 nonprofit leadership teams (board member, executive director & emerging leader). This small group intensive holds leaders accountable for progress toward their desired outcomes.
