Thank you so much i didnt even know that something had to come out of the pisser, even that i had one i didnt know- i need to check my cooling because no water is coming out of it. Greetings from germany! Got the same ski which is rare in my country at least
Ive got a similar ski that isnt cooling, ive confirmed the lines are clear from the top of the manifold to the pisser. I cant find exactly where the pump is for the cooling system. Or does it only syphone from the back like you mentioned?
Check out my newest video where I lay out all the parts of the cooling system and explain how they work. To answer your question. The main part that provides cooling is the brass 90 degree fitting on the side of the jet pump, it hooks to a hose that goes through the hull and into the bottom of the exhaust manifold. Make sure that is clear and not clogged.
@Steve Chester ohhhh. You mean the case drain. A lot of people block that off or say don't touch it. It was originally intended to help drain the engine if you sunk it or something and got water in the bottom end. Problem is if it doesn't seal it can cause an air leak and be a big problem. I prefer to pull the spark plugs and crank it over if I suspect that I got water in the engine.

Glad to be able to help. I've learned from a lot of people along the way. We started a 750 sitdown grouo on Facebook.

What is the thing for that you touched at 2:01?
The cooling hose from the head back to the exhaust pipe?
If you're on Facebook I recommend joining a Kawasaki Jet Ski group. A lot of them have 10,000 members or more and can answer questions a lot quicker.
@@JetSkiBuyFixPlaySellChannel no, the black piece that is facing straight up. Looks like a choke pull handle or something.
I have the same thing on mine and I am trying to figure out what it is for
