Not being rude, but Omni man does not have laser vision, but he could definitely take out Homelander with his superior experience fighting super powered beings. In fact I could see him chucking Homelander into the sun

I've read the comics and am soooo happy this show looks exactly how they originally drew it. Even the gore looks like the comic

The aliens in this episode showed what would have realistically happened in the first MCU Avengers movie and Avengers: Age of Ultron.
As for Invincible's mom, it is clear that she knows something is wrong but does not want to accuse Omni-man. Cecil on the other hand definitely knows he was involved somehow, but knows he can't accuse him without a backup plan.

@Female Byleth I mean all the superheroes are meant to be a parody of heros in marvel or dc just like in invincible and i thought the characters were written decently but homelander was the best character/actor imo. The first season was a lot better than the second and also i've heard the comics are way better than the show so i recommend that if you didn't like the show.
@@daco4625 the Boys is definitely similar to Invincible, but I think Invincible is a little more accessible and better paced.

invincible is part of like a whole universe of superheroes belonging to image comics and rightfully titled image universe....been under the radar of casual comic book readers since its not as popular as dc or marvel...u should check it out

I think Invincible would be better off seeing where things go with Eve and wait a while for her to break up with the boyfriend character. I don't see that relationship lasting long because he is too full of himself.
Amber seems trifling even with Drew and Joe mentioning how much they hated the character. I can see it already after two episodes.🤣

Looking back on it, Nolan flying through the portal into a dimension where decades can pass in a single Earth day and then coming back no older looking should've clued us in that something was up about him beyond the whole murdery thing

Omni Man has his own agenda. Notice he told the aliens, "This Planet is not yours for conquering!" I think what he meant is it's reserved for someone else. I think he wants to eliminate other heroes for the "Big Takeover!"
What i like about this show is the limits are in fact an oxymoron not invincible, like even according to some marvel and dc standards the alien scene was even graphic there wasn't a save the day type of moment lol consequences exist
