The New East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) Logo "The Magnetic East"

Combining the two elements: both symbols of culture and direction respectively, this unique motif is a play on two common visual elements to create a symbol unique to the ECRL branding.
The resulting "Songket Compass" uses its four petals to represent each state that the ECRL passes through, with the compass needle pointing East.
