I have lived in Durban before and it's a lovely city.
That's correct. I love it there too
WAS a lovely city. I lived much of my life there but the j and his agents, including Christards, brought about its destruction via their human sub-species weapon.

Beautiful video of Durban’ that’s the Museum the Ethekwini building
🤝 thanks
Nice effort daily
Yes, thanks
Very clean and spotless South Africa is beautiful indeed, whether it's uptown or downtown
It's downtown
If you say clean and spotless, then you must be blind. Don’t you see garbage next to sidewalks on the street. It is okay but it should be cleaner than that.
@Joseph Winslow It was worse the last I was there that's much improvement, in my opinion .There's is always rubbish somewhere. Somehow, wherever there are humans, there's litter .In every country I go to, I do see rubbish, and I am not blind by the way
Durban is such a beautiful city.
Absolutely correct 👌
My city my pride and Joy . Always clean and beautiful. I miss home cant wait to go take a break from UK.
Your home is waiting for you 🙂
Always clean? I lived in Durban for 32 years and Iv never seen town this clean have no idea what happened this day but it’s always been a mess and not great at all in Durban town

I'm pleasantly shocked. It's very neat. Lovely.

I want on Vacation to Durban this passed December. We stayed at Bayside hotel, they were great accommodation and friendly staff. My partner and I were advised by the security at our hotel, not to walk to the atm at night, but to take a bolt instead. An we listened to his advice. The next couple of days we walked to the beach and came back to the hotel in the afternoon. An on our check out day by 5:30 we decided to walk to the cityliner bus stop next to the beach. We ended up getting mugged by nyope guys, very traumatic experience. But we had a great time in durban minus the junkies incounter. Keep your phone in your bag, walk in the day time, be vigilant. An always always take the bolt after hours and before 8am. My kindly advice.
I stayed same hotel for 2 days. was a pleasure to be there. And yes it's always important to know what time to go around. . Apologies for the unpleasant experience of being mugged.
Why would you walk somewhere when already warned ?
The security said "at night time its not safe, on that certain area". During day its okay, the was police walking around and local patrolling units. An I saw that we my own 2 eyes everytime we passed there during the day.
5:30am in Durban the sun is beaming. We left the hotel around that time. Outside the building the were guards and the next 2 blocks, but the last block, the was no one patrolling as yet, and shops are still closed at that time. So that was there window of opportunity.
Even if we took a Bolt and got off at the the Bus pick point, we could have been mugged. Fact is the was no patrol at that time, they had not arrived

I've been in Durban for years and I've never heard anyone speaking sepedi.. but on this video the ladies spoke sepedi
🙂 amazing
Proudly South African💞❤️ sepedi is one of the eleven official languages in🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
So Durban is cleaner than Jozi
No. This must be on a Sunday morning. It's never so dead. If you go on like Friday afternoon , you'll get a shock.
@@jn8922 You clearly don't know Durban well. The only filthy areas in Durban are roads that have street vendors..E.G Yusuf Dadoo Street and Victoria Street
...These parts of the City are always clean because there are no street vendors.
Always
Yes Durba is cleaner than Jozi
Obvious mgani
How I miss my country ❤️🔥
Sorry mate
Where are you based now

Very true 🙂
Should have done a walk through clairwood hehehe. Ask around see if Dondi's still slangin rocks by the jin-dole's
Will check it when I visit Durban. Just remind me when I am doing Durban Vlogs 🙂
5:06 we can be in one country but two worlds apart. SA is diverse. I was in Canal Walk, Cape Town, some time ago and group of ladies were dressed just like that. They brought the mall to a stand still. Everyone taking videos and pictures. One walked passed me and confidently shouted "Yes, Durban invades Cape Town" I laughed so hard 😂 I'm rural boy from the Kalahari so seeing women with their breast out or showing lots of skin, I really normal particularly because there often cultural events that happen often. It's really normal in villages and rural areas, leave Africans show skin.
😃 that is a good one👌
Yes Durban beaches are scandalous. I remember women in their underwear in the water. In Cape Town you would be arrested for indecency. But surprisingly Durban men are way more sexist always making lude comments to women.
Western standards are the mindset of most people. We Afrikans must emancipate ourselves from mental slavery.
Beautiful country
True..
that's the city hall near workshop 😊🇿🇦My beautiful city
Here we go. Glad u enjoyed seeing Ur Home City 😊

Love your video. What type of camera are you using? Are you wearing it on your chest?
I tend to change cameras.its a gopro family. I also shoot from different positions depending on situation.
Its good to be back ❤❤❤
Lol.yeah
I want to see West Street and all those shops. Used to be called City Hall, the Municipality building. Show the beach front well. I used to live in Natal
U are on the right channel. All the places u talking about are on other videos in this channel. Just go to channel videos and search under videos in Durban. Many of them.👌

Thank you brother for showing our beautiful country to the world at large. I hope our African American brothers will see how beautiful their motherland is. I wish they return back to their motherland even though they have been away from home for such a long time. Come home Brothers and Sisters and we will welcome you in open hands.
U are welcome brother 👌👊
Thanks! I'm returning October 2023 for a weeklong trip! Then I'll be planning to move there!

Some black Americans were born in America before slavery...
@@bonginkosithwala3347 that is because they used to go there before slavery,
cocekile idurban ❤❤❤❤
This is the mostly used street when accessing Durban beaches. Great tour indeed.
Note: this is a high criminal zone where you are walking, it is better to walk as a group if you are not a local person.
You were lucky no one tried to rob you.
I love your tours. Thanks for sharing.
Dude, seriously this place is not even close to being a severe crime zone if anything it is in fact, the safest area of the Durban CBD. Albert Park, Point, Bureau, Market (Taxi Rank Focal Point), NMR avenue towards Durban station are some of the dangerous areas of the city center with Townships mostly dangerous. you will suffer petty crimes like pickpocketing at most here if you are not careful with your stuff. Central West, Smith Street, and Victoria Embankment are not that dangerous honestly these are livable.
@@nkululekoduma2281 That means I have no idea of how other places are. I only spent too much time around this place. Thank you for the information brother.
Finest women in the world Brazil an Africa 💯🥇👍🏽
Head down to Wenties aka Wentworth. I haven't seen it in a decade😢
This is mostly cbd/ down town. Locals don’t frequent this area but it’s ok. It usually pretty quiet till you get to west street are then it’s packed

9:48 that's the museum and the Library
Thanks for the update
That brown building is for the tax authority (SARS), the white one on the right is BP Centre, an office block and the one next to the park is for municipal or city councillor's, in front of it is the city hall, an admin block for govt officials. On your far right is a mall called The Workshop, that's the heart of the CBD on West Street
Totally correct. Been to the workshop. Amazing area indeed. Thanks for bailing me out. Important info bro 👌👊
I just come to see nyash
But there is no nyash here🤷🙆
Take care my friend...crime levels in my beautiful birth city is on another level. I'm watching from the UK and don't feel a twinge of homesickness. We left that place for good!

Thanks for coming through 🙂
SUN is blazing! I won't last two hours in that heat.....I love the cleanliness of the city, no traffic jams...... According to folks in the comments the city is just as dangerous as any city in the US......Imagine that!!!
Exactly what I loved of the area. 🙂🤝🙏
Just as dangerous? Lmao. Ten times worse. Our murder rate alone in S.A is at 65 murders per day. American gangsters wouldn't last a day in S.A.
" Durban July " is when i want to come to Durban
And 16 December is awesome in Durban. Will be there to experience the crowd and the feel.😊
Cape Town is the best city in South Africa 🇿🇦, hands down.
Really..we will see. I will do CapeTown once again 🙂
Grew up in CT and live in JHB. CT is beautiful. Each province of South Africa has something special. It took me a long time to find the beauty in Gauteng. Lol 😂..
