That's a good question. I am the only person in my son's life that actually cares for him, takes care of my son, who takes care of his every need but you think I'm the one that's hurting him. Is it because I'm the one he can act out with and know he is still going to be loved? Do innocent saying that he doesn't worry about repercussions with me because he knows I'm his that I'm still going to be there at ? This stuff is like is getting the best of me too!! Everyday is a struggle I just want to cry and pull my hair 😩

Is it possible that I may have ADHD, ADD, some untreated mental health issue that I can be projected onto my child thinking that he hasn't it but it's really?
My son is entering the 6th grade next year and he will be going to a different school where they will be changing classes for different subjects and he refuses to bring home is homework homework and this all started this year because he was in the band he was happy planet violin or a straight A's and then all of a sudden this year it's like everything shifted to a whole different person. He's sweet as pie but he's sneaky manipulative defiant compulsive and he has a one-track mind for video I swear it's the only thing he ever thinks about I feel like he's just getting worse and I'm not able to get a handle on it.
That is one of my biggest issue with my son's behavior and not being able to effectively adapt. And my son doesn't like to shower all of a sudden too. He's 10!!
😭😢

Great video with regard to your therapeutic and parenting tips! I would however disagree with the statement that "we are seeing more racism, hemophobia, sexism" It's factually untrue. In the US racism, hemophobia, and sexism have not only always existed, but in fact were significantly worse going back in history. Not that long ago women had very few rights, couldn't even get a credit card in their own names. Gay marriage was illegal, gay people could not adopt, they could be fired for being openly gay. Gay people hid their sexuality. Even look at old DSM, being gay was a disorder! Racism, I think that's self explatory, just think to how our country was formed and then jump to the Civil War, Jim Crow laws...i could go on, but things are 10000% better today for women, gays and lesbians, as well as people of color. Let's not pretend they are worse. Now antisemitism, that's a major issue....
My son acts like a class clown to mask
If you are giving advice about ADHD in children, then say it in the title. It’s not rocket science.
It is on the title. Teens are children.
