- This is a quick walkaround of my 2020 Triumph T120 Black - Ace Cafe Limited Edition. You folks saw me pick her up, you heard my first riding thoughts, now a close-up look at my forever bike and what my modification plans look like.

Brilliant bike, looks great in black
Nice job on the mods, good luck with it. Thanks for showing us your new ride!👍
More mods to come! Can't wait till I get her right where I want her B-)
Hi from Australia. Nice video mate. Quick question, did you need to modify the mounting bracket for the new silencers or was it a straight bolt on? Would you share the part no. from Dime City Cycles? Thank you, good luck with the rest of the mods \m/
I had to drill holes on one end and paint them. I let the tightening process "shape" them.
It was a very enjoyable video. Looking forward to customizing my own bonnie in your style. Great job.
Thanks for watching! If you do a video of your mods, come back here and post it so we can all see B-)
Hey mate, did you have any issues reattaching the seat after installing the brackets for the sw motech bag? I've installed one on each side and I can't get the seat to click in...
love Triumph . I ride a 2010 thunderbird all Triumphs are class .
Yeah they are!
The best looking seat is on the Ace. Thinking of buying it fot my T120. Is it comfortable?
It's alright, I've only ever done less than 100-200 miles rides, soI couldn't say if it is good to ride for longer than that at a time.
Looking to pick up this same bike. Does the front brake still squeak under hard braking at lower speeds? As some people have been reporting it. Thanks.
Mine never did. The back brake squeeked for about the first 100 miles, nothing since.
Does all T120 come with center stands? Nice bike!!
I believe they do come as standard feature.
Sweet ride my friend.
Thanks, mate! B-)
Nice video! Just got my 2020 Ace #1125/1400 the day before Christmas. I checked those mufflers on Dime City and they don't use a front clamp. How well do they seal?
Hey, thanks for watching! When you take the stock pipes off, just be gentle and the graphite seals from the factory stay on the pipes. These DCC slip-ons have two sized holes. I used the larger end, removed the baffle, and tapped them on to the graphite seals. Using a piece of wood so as to not chip the finish. They hold really tight, and the bracket will help hold them there. I haven't done the cross over pipe yet, but these little silencers minus their baffles, sound pretty good.
Fantastic! Thank you! I love the way they look and they sound really nice. Thanks for the info!
Arizona RE Long term update...How are your mufflers holding up? Do you still like the sound? Still sealed well? Would you still use these? Thank you!
I test rode the ACE, loved it! Went with a 2020 T120 black for a few reasons, mostly so my wife was more comfortable. She didn't like not having the grab rail. Before I left the dealership ordered the x-pipe, predator pro shorts and bar end mirrors. Have 400 miles in less than a week and i'm in love! Dime City makes great stuff. My buddy got the Pred pro knock offs and they sound pretty good.
Great bikes and so many custom parts out there too! B-)
Are you happy with the x pipe? What other mods have you done? I'm thinking about this bike here real soon
@@mikeessary4925 x-pipe was 100% necessary IMHO. Was like a whole new bike. A few other cosmetic mods but I did install DNA filter and did the snorkel delete. Still need to get the ECU flashed but it feels like it has a bit more power.
Great looking bike, torn between this and the speed twin for my new bike, I'm pretty sure they use a slipper style clutch, which use lighter springs.
Well you cannot go wrong with either. I'd sit on both of them, the Speed Twin has the pegs a little further back than the T120.
Hey u sure u cant remove the tail lights?
I have the exact same bike! I love the look of it! I was curious as to what you did exactly with the license mod of yours? I wanted to do the exact same, but wanted to know if you drilled the appropriate holes in the mounting bracket for the wire for the light. Thanks for the awesome walk around :)
I'll do a more detailed look at it soon B-)
Can you give a more detailed breakdown of how you modified the rear fender to move the plate holder?
I'll put something together real soon.
What happen to your Royal Enfield do you still have it in your garage ? Luv to see it again
Nice bike mate. Strange how they have subdued the Triumph logo yet screamed out the Ace Cafe livery which kinda sets it off balance to me, I would have preferred the Ace livery a bit more subtle if it were mine, but it ain't and I'm jealous lol Enjoy every mile with a smile. :)
I think they just used all the 'dark' accessories that they had in the bin. The Ace logos had to be made to be as 'pretty' as the white and chrome model they released at the same time I think. This bike is still special to me, even though I agree about the over-marking of the Ace Cafe logo B-)
Very nice! Congrats! I've had a few "forever bikes" as well. One's on CL now ha ha
All is fair in love and war! One can never tell when our desires will shift B-)
Love it mate cracking looking bike
I agree! Thanks for watching B-)
Would love to see a video on the exhaust, I have a 17' T120 and was looking at some exhaust that cost $400! and an xpipe $200! If this solves the issue of buying an expensive chunk of metal and getting around the shipping hassles of owning a "non smog compliable" piece on my bike then I am game!
compliant* and I recommend putting on some analog motor signals on the bike, makes the front look super clean
Cracking looking bike! Just picked one up myself last week and looking to make some very similar mods. Was this the support bracket that you had to buy separately:
www.fc-moto.de/en/SW-Motech-Adapter-for-SLC-side-carrier-left-For-Bonneville-T100/120-16-w/o-pass-grab-rail
I will probably end up picking up a pair myself. As far as custom pipes goes, I'm looking towards the Remus slip-ons, which sound great from all the other videso I've seen, and would eliminate having to replace the whole system, but they are on the pricier side.
Sorry, only seeing this now, yes that looks like it, good luck!
Brings a nice bit of style.
It does indeed grab attention when I'm out on it B-)
Nice pipes.👍🏼
Simple, cool, and sound great! Dime City Cycles
Where did you pick this up?
Arizona Kawasaki KTM Triumph of Tucson (AZKKTT)
NICE BIKE MAN
Thanks! B-)
Can this bike do dirt roads?
Not really, it's not a scrambler. If you had decent tires and took it careful you could pull it off, but not allot of suspension on this model for that.
Lovely bike
Thanks mate!
Ahhhhhh love it
It's a great bike, pretty smooth for a Triumph parallel twin
Nice 👍🏼
Thanks 👍

You again...
I'm obviously trolling your posts. It's hard not to do with such envious posts
