This is the view from Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu in the center of Shibuya. This hotel is the only hotel with a direct view of the scramble crossing. The large windows in the elevator hall provide a good view of the scramble crossing. The room I stayed is on the floor with the best view. I could see the large screen TV screen installed at the scramble crossing, the Shibuya 109 building, etc., with the Shinjuku subcenter in the background. I could also see the scramble crossing, though only slightly. I never get tired of seeing this view. If you stay in an Excel room on the Shinjuku subcenter side, you can enjoy this typical view of Shibuya.
