In fact, that type of stone can withstand some heat. When using stone together with hot iron around it, than use stones from the ground, (the earth) and NOT the sea. those who have been in the sea can explode. Believing me, it's not nice. I found out the hard way. = P But take into account that all stones can explode. so the rock from the ground is good, from the sea is bad = P
