RE: the sleepwalking thing, my Steven used to be a sleepwalker and is still a sleeptalker, Similar to you he would go and mae food, eat it put the plate in the sink and go back to bed. IN the morning he would remember nothing. I tell him in the morning what he has said when he sleep talks (normally he has a converation with himself) and he's just stunned.

Thanks so so much!!! And I do that as well!!! The food I make NEVER gets eaten! It just gets put in cupboards or in the sink or in the microwave lolol. Wonder why?!!?
Im noy sure why people sleepwalk I believe it has something to do with ones subconscious being way to active when ur brain is supposed to be resting. but dont quote me on that lol.

I don't sleep walk, but I do this thing where I'll wake up and can't move. And I know what you're thinking, SLEEP PARALYSIS!
But I thought sleep paralysis was where it feels like something is pushing you down. That doesn't happen to me. I just simply can't move until about two minutes.
It can happen when I randomly wake up in the middle of the night, but sometimes I can feel the process beginning to happen right before I am about to dose off. It's like my body is shutting down and my brain is wide awake.
Nope, it isn't scary.. anymore. It's just really annoying.
I think that is a form of sleep paralysis hun, it happens to me too on occasion. Kinda feels like ur body is still asleep, very awful feeling :S
Pinkstylist I get it too it’s horrible I rarely get it I’ve only got it 4 times first time thought I was having a seizure but now I know what it is last time I got it was a month ago ❤️

I can relate to the sleep walking. I get really bad night terrors. These have involved me screaming jibberish, saying odd things to the poor souls that witness these events, "seeing" giant spiders or other terrible things, sprinting, going in circles, drinking and spilling drinks. I once had one at my cousin's place. He and his wife thought I was getting murdered. My sleep experiences are often due to stress.
Nothing beats finding yourself covered in orange juice because you had a night terror for the 7th time in a week.
