The traditional Nepali diet was perfect for our grandparents and parents who spent most of their time working in agriculture, often doing hard physical labor for 12-13 hours a day. They walked a lot too. Nowadays, our lifestyle has changed-we have jobs that don’t require as much physical effort. But even though our lifestyle has shifted, our eating habits haven’t changed much. Plus the quality of food we consume today is worst, high use of pesticides, chemicals etc is adding another complications to our conventional eating habits.

I always visit the comment and somehow if that is in reddit, it is more readable and relatable to the posts. People genuinely comment, not always but most of the time.
