      First we should complain Indian Government who not providing sufficient jobs in India, what about Kediji's 2 crores jobs / year?
      The Kerala owner Mr.Abraham Indian management running NBTC Co is providing average salary, poor HR, They not give good salary to employees even if any employee has good salary offer from other company & eligible for release then the company not allow them also, this company has more labour complaints, they cut all recruitment charges include visa, medical etc from employees only, even the proposed relief money also they will cut from other employees salaries, frankly we can say Indian management companies treats Indian employees worse than other companies, the small & medium such companies make profits just by beating employees stomach's. If the fireforce planned & acted quickly there was chance to save some victims like arranging ladders, ropes, nets / matresses/blankets to avoid jumping casualties

      Dude, Indians have been working in the Middle East for the last 50 years and many have changed their lives for the better. India still struggles to give the right salaries, as exploitation is there. Unfortunately, accidents do happen and it will keep happening, in different ways and we will keep improving as time goes by. It's not about this ism and that ism.

      The labour cost multiply increased due to people leave their own country in search of lucarative income. Inspite, they gey poor low profile work, which, they can earn within their country, if they shun away their prestige and foreign phobia. An well educated youth is deployed in sheep camel rearing jobs, which in turn, they can create green revolution in their mother land. So the false crazy should be throwm out of womb. Accidents are occasional, whether in our or foreign countries, that cannot be avoided. Loss of human life in any form, is regrettable. People shd not fall prey to the curruptive agencies who cheat them on the blanket of attractive assurances.

    While as an Ex Gulf employee, I find this devastating for the near and dear.. But regarding the Keralites workers, this is a wake up call.. The state of kerala exports manpower to Gulf mainly in unskilled domains and allow illiterate migrant labourers from the North to fill that gap in kerala work force..
    An average Keralite will never work hard in his own state and will settle only for white collar jobs..He just wants to roam free shouting stupid old communist slogans..
    This attitude is really the issue and not the above tragedy, likes of which will happen again..

  • @BhaiMohammad
    @BhaiMohammad 5 месяцев назад

    Countries like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and others in the Middle East often lack a focus on human rights and humanity. Migrant workers are frequently underpaid, and although the kafala system is officially abolished, its practices still persist in reality. Many Indians prefer not to face these issues. If the Indian government provided adequate opportunities, Indians would choose to contribute to India's growth rather than migrating to the GCC.
    Prime Minister Modi should recognize the need to stop wasting taxpayers' money on personal luxuries, media propaganda, unnecessary travel, and construction projects. Consider the impact of offering just 2 lakhs to the family of a deceased individual, while wearing clothes that cost more than 2 lakhs each day and incurring daily expenses exceeding 10 lakhs. Instead, there should be a focus on investing in human resources.
    While the GCC countries are known for their harsh treatment, the Indian government is seen as even more oppressive.

    The construction workers of some countries are even ready to live in (may be forced to live in) tin sheds during hard winter seasons also. But the situation in Gulf countries is different. The accommodation facilities are better without any doubt. There are people responsible (ex. Safety department of the organization or contractor) for safety audit of these Work-men habitat, unfortunately they would have done their duty on a piece of paper by delegating the responsibility to someone lower in the cadre like a watchman. They are the people to ensure the safety aspects of the labour camp or colony. Atleast this is true in the Indian context.

    Dear INDIANS ! or Modi Saab style....Bayeeo aur Baheno...
    just think of the Safety and Security and the rigourous implementation of the Proceedure Manuals provided by the Americans and European CAMPS before the 2000's.
    Then crawls in the Typical Indian mindset...cutting corners and enticing the needy to accept substandard living conditions by Flouting the safety proceedures...How can you designate a HIGH RISE building as a CAMP ? Can the "British influenced Bharat" teach our entrepreneurs the difference between a CAMP...a LODGE...a Hostel... a HOTEL... etc etc... because the fire safety standards are different for each category.. In this case our well intentioned, and charity minded owner and chairman K.G.ABRAHAM says that he has provided centrally airconditioned building which is one of the main causes to spew the smoke into the rooms of our sleeping brothers....Dear K G Saaaab...ask your engineers...Where is your smoke detector...water sprinkler...Fire Alarms...fire hydrants...and your night security
    patrol staff ....When Saddam and his men reached your borders the entire kuwait went on red alert.. This lovely country protected every citizen with their modern technology which reached every laborer.. So now...if KG ABRAHAM and his team has cut corners or ignored the safety standards please get these fellows to obey and implement them dear KUWAIT.
