to be fair to our MC's in ZZZ, their competition consists of basically gods (Kiana & Co.), people on their way to becoming gods (The Raccoon twins), and space-faring aliens ( The Traveler's). Belle and Wise are the most normal MC's we've gotten so far.
Not only are Belle & Wise regular humans, they explicitly have a condition that makes them more susceptible to ether corruption than the average background NPC. These two are immunocompromised movie geeks that moonlight as mercenary drone pilots.

Also Aeons preside over entire branches/paths of the imaginary tree, with Aha iirc having climbing to the top and looking down at the countless worlds (the imaginary tree is called the cosmos tree in hsr or something and Zandar, genius society no1, was the one who discovered the cosmos tree/imaginary tree’s existence and proposed the cosmos/imaginary tree theory and how countless worlds exist in different spacetimes in the shape of a tree). The cocoon of finality is way too weak to influence anywhere near an entire path/branch. Kiana also can’t even come close to beating any of the Outer gods that exist outside of the imaginary tree such as Yog Sothoth or Zeus (if bro didn’t die and turn into the imaginary tree) or the Lord of Myriad Worlds.
I would say the ZZZ siblings are more like Fujimaru Ritsuka from FGO who never really fights and just issues orders, but then I remember he's canonically ripped, fought trained Roman soldiers, trekked across North America on foot, survived being shot at by a colonial era cannon, ran away from Hercules on foot long enough to lure him into a trap, piloted a giant stone mecha and endured all the beating and Gs that came with it, fist fought a godlike being, and many more... Yeah even in Nikke our Commander is built like a brick wall, has special anti nano machine blood, has fired Nikke weapons that are supposed to pulverise any normal humans limbs without injury, survived torture from a robot gorrilla, survived being executed by terrorists and has beaten into the ground an enemy that no diffed someone who solo’d the strongest good guys to date. Wise and Belle are just regular guys, and ironically that’s the exception. Sure you can "convince" with punches, and sure you can actually beet the crap out of someone using your brain(Piper playstyle for example, she's week but she uses momentum to hit as hard as a strong person), but being extremely smart is just as important as being extremely strong. The other MC have an average iq, we can even say they are a little bit more smart than the average, but it doesn't compare in the slightest to Wise and Bell who have been working with many complicated stuff like it's nothing and even got the title of "legendary" in a job that it's pretty complicated by itself.

Gonna have to disagree with you here on the power level of Stelle. Welt initially assumed the aeons were essentially the same thing as Honkai... but then came to realize that whatever the aeons are, they are far and above the Honkai in power. The Stellarons are theorized to be, if not on the same level as aeons, surpassing them in power. They are also, as far as anyone is aware, completely incapable of being killed. Their control over the Fragmentum allows them bend reality in many ways. Typically, the Stellaron are extremely hostile to Human life and thus their power can not be harnessed... But the Stellaron Stelle has bonded with is not only helpful, but is also extremely protective of its host.
To be fair while the dream seeker assist units via astral ring we know full well that they can indeed fight given how they have a weapon it just that we never get to see them use it once. So I'd argue they still have better stamina than Belle and Wise.
Honestly that's what made me like ZZZ so much. I really enjoy "classic" RPG fantasy games with dragons and whatnot but seeing simple humans, enjoying random stuff like taking photos of cats was a breath of fresh air for me. ZZZ quickly became my comfort game and their cutscenes are always anime-level.

She's actually worse than normal lol. Both siblings have a condition that makes going into Hollows extra dangerous for them. No detail is given but it can be implied to mean that they don't just have low ether adaptability, but none whatsoever. It's one of the reasons they use Eous (the other is to remain anonymous when needed.) So they are quite literally the worst people for the role of MC when it comes to combat lol. They couldn't fight back even if they tried.

Man what sucks even more is that the zenzless main characters have also lost their purpose after we got rid of the TVs making them have literally no function in the game outside of Lore dumping every now and then
The other characters are always dealing with danger directly, which means they're also building their strength and conditioning. Belle and Wise use a Bangboo as their proxy(pun not inteded), so they're only mentally there but not physically. If they were to compete mentally with the other protagonists, maybe they could be on equal footing or even above, but physically they're just as human as the rest of us.
Main difference is that unlike at least Genshin, where MC is actual playable hero, ZZZ´s twins are pretty much absent in battles. Their main job is basically navigation and intelligence gathering, to which they use their robot as remote controlled drone and leave fights to actual fighters. Kinda like Shikikan from Azur Lane, Gudao/Gudako from FGO (even though they buff in missions) or other managers like Blue Archive, Snowbreak Containment Zone, etc...

Sure you can "convince" with punches, and sure you can actually beet the crap out of someone using your brain(Piper playstyle for example, she's week but she uses momentum to hit as hard as a strong person), but being extremely smart is just as important as being extremely strong.
The other MC have an average iq, we can even say they are a little bit more smart than the average, but it doesn't compare in the slightest to Wise and Bell who have been working with many complicated stuff like it's nothing and even got the title of "legendary" in a job that it's pretty complicated by itself.

Honestly that's what made me like ZZZ so much. I really enjoy "classic" RPG fantasy games with dragons and whatnot but seeing simple humans, enjoying random stuff like taking photos of cats was a breath of fresh air for me. ZZZ quickly became my comfort game and their cutscenes are always anime-level.

She's actually worse than normal lol. Both siblings have a condition that makes going into Hollows extra dangerous for them. No detail is given but it can be implied to mean that they don't just have low ether adaptability, but none whatsoever. It's one of the reasons they use Eous (the other is to remain anonymous when needed.) So they are quite literally the worst people for the role of MC when it comes to combat lol. They couldn't fight back even if they tried.
@@smward87 yeah the issue is they are like normal as normal as non-valkyries from Hi3rd that aren't highly resistant to Honkai just that Both Belle and Wise abnormality is a negative drawback rather than them being synthetic beings made from the lab etc. if you gonna argue they aren't normal cause of Thier lower resistance to ether then if you compare them to Hi3rd characters they are basically humans who does not have the ability to Resist Honkai Energy. And no not all known characters who resist Honkai are Valkyries like the case for the children's and sirin who got experimented on cause of them being highly resistant Honkai children's..... So they are what you say normal citizen but gets resistances ..... For belle and wise it's the opposite they still as normal as you can get but yeah there's the issue with ether.

The other characters are always dealing with danger directly, which means they're also building their strength and conditioning.
Belle and Wise use a Bangboo as their proxy(pun not inteded), so they're only mentally there but not physically.
If they were to compete mentally with the other protagonists, maybe they could be on equal footing or even above, but physically they're just as human as the rest of us.

Main difference is that unlike at least Genshin, where MC is actual playable hero, ZZZ´s twins are pretty much absent in battles. Their main job is basically navigation and intelligence gathering, to which they use their robot as remote controlled drone and leave fights to actual fighters. Kinda like Shikikan from Azur Lane, Gudao/Gudako from FGO (even though they buff in missions) or other managers like Blue Archive, Snowbreak Containment Zone, etc...
