1:08:07 ...but remember forces with Manoeuver Orders may Road march (when in safe distance from enemy)

Interesting game play. Aubigny is pronounced oh-bee-nyee.

1:42:01 again you roll luckily: if Venetian rolled a 1 or 2 they lost and (besides losses) must make a DC with a good chance to fail or even demoralize (all units have -1 TQ!). So even a big army could be in serious troubles against lightly held fortified towns!

59:52 see rule 16.3 (third para): no more orders for Barons than commanding Capitani on map for each side

Ooh - forgot about that one

39:17 the Initiative is only modified in the 2nd activation

No - there is an additional -1 for 2nd activation, but orders impact is for all initiatives.

I mean the first activation with Manoeuver Order is not modified. If I remember correctly you modified the Initiative of capitani by -1 in the first activation. No modifier means higher movement rates.

The -1 was for maneuver/attack orders, which is applicable as far as I can tell.

@@calandale Only Garrison/Stand and Retreat Orders influence Initiative (See 8.2.5). I assume (like me) you are confused by the Manoeuver/Attack markers. See also Nicola's clarification on csw yesterday.

Precisely. Also assumed that garrison didn't DROP it to zero but provided no modifier.
Makes a lot more sense as intended.
