Do some warm up excercise (20 minutes)+ steps excercise 3. Now the main step(after warm up excercise) Monday - 30 minutes continuous run Don't stop( no need to run fast) Tuesday - 200m fast run ( 5 round Take 2 minutes brake if u want rest) Wednesday - again 30 minutes continuous run Thrusday - 50m full fast run ( 10 times) Friday - 2km slow run and 1 km physical exam running speed Saturday - 1km + 1km physical exam running speed ( take 10 minutes brake between them) Sunday - take rest no workout Important step Don't broke any bones😂 before the physical test.....
