We have a well so we turn off the well pump at the panel and also turn off the water heater at the panel. This is the first video of yours I've watched and I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to more.

Wonderful information! Having checklists for departures, arrivals and most else as far as food is a great way to go. I part time but it really comes down to lists, baskets and getting it down to just the clothes and food. Safe travel to all. Dave.
I really don't know what all we would leave behind if it were not for our checklist. We have left things and then had to have them mailed to us. That was very expensive. Our checklist has since been revised to include these things. Lol save travels to you and have a blessed day.

We always use a checklist too. Good idea to flatten the ground beef. Will try that bleach toilet tip. We love Harvest Hosts.

We do remember being part time RVers as we did it for 10 years, It is different from being full time for sure.II took us a long time to figure out tricks to cooling down the fridge and freezer. Now our big issue is defrosting the freezer as full timers. We finally have it down. The toilet is a challenge, you are always putting different types of water in your tank. We love Harvest Hosts so much. This Harvest Host is a great one to put on our bucket list. Making short travel days is a great tip. Thank you for sharing. Mary💕 Fred
The packing up sure does make going full-time attractive. Lol I feel like it will take us 10 years to get it down Pat as well. By then who knows how it will be. I imagine it would be a problem to defrost the fridge. Ours is a mess after being gone for a couple of months. I had not even thought of how you would defrost it if you were full-time. I think we do the same things!! But.... Not sure why I never thought about just packing in the clothes days ahead of time!!And WOW , yes!! Cannot restate enough that step of turning off the water to the house if you are not there!! Excellent tip!! We always do this too! ~ Brad and Diana
On travel day, we like to get out asap. The more we can do early the better we are. We hope turning the water off will save us a disaster if one ever occurs. Lol thanks for watching.

You know it's because he knows where nothing is at. That cherry picking was actually pretty hard work. Holding your arms over your head. Hopefully we will get a chance to do it again. Hope your day is amazing!

We loved that the bikes fold up. We couldn't get them in that little car if they didn't. Lol One of us was very big busy packing.. Not sure exactly what the other 1 was doing. Lol So far we are loving the T-Mobile but will definitely be updating it in a future video. Thanks so much for watching! And the cherries were great.

We use Gas Buddy, but never heard of the other one. We'll check it out. We always used a checklist for when we lived in a bricks and sticks, but now we have to use a checklist when we are spending the night away from the Airstream. Those were some great freezer tips. We have 2 services too to help with connectivity. We have Verizon and AT&T. We will have to check on the TMobile internet. Great tips for around the house too. We've never been cherry picking either. She had some great tips about the stems and refrigeration and color. I'll need to remember that when I'm looking for them at the grocery store. Pretty strawberries too. What a great HH. We got behind because of the property. Going to try and stay caught up. LOL

One thing we also learned is to disconnect the battery in our second car that we have at the house. We came home after a month long trip and the battery was completely dead.
That's a great idea. The first time we went out, the tires had flat spots on them from sitting. They went away after we drove it for a bit, but it was crazy! We will remember the battery thing. Thanks for watching, and have a great 4th!

Hey y’all! You must’ve been filling up with gas at Sam’s…I go through the same thing there on weekends! Geez, Lynn’s getting a workout on that checklist! I have Visible phone service (owned by Verizon) with unlimited hotspot…also, AT&T Netgear MR5000 unlimited hotspot..both under $50 a month for‘my’ internet. Strawberries and cherries…Mmmmm…too expensive at our grocery stores here in Houston sadly. Great video as always! Travel safe and be happy! ~Jim~
We were filling up at Sam's. They have the best gas prices in town. And I absolutely got a workout on that packing. Lol Danny says he was using his managerial skills. Strawberries are in season now, so the cost on them isn't too bad. The cherries are another thing. We were glad they were in season . It was the 1st time I was ever able to pick them. @@RVAmerica > I’m not real happy with Sam’s food selections in the store (they don’t have a third of what I use), but, imo the membership is definitely worth the $35 membership if only for gas purchases. The other day it was over $4.50 a gallon here in Houston all over town but I got it at Sam’s for $4.05. Sam’s claim their gas is inferior to other gas stations, but, I haven’t had any problems so far. Of course I use Lucas injector cleaner regularly though, too. I’d hate to have to fill up a rig as big as y’all’s…yikes! Stay safe out there!
@TOTALLY RELAXED! That was a good savings. It is really not fun to fill up. Hopefully it will come down soon.

It's to bad that T-Mobile home pkg is so darn big, why did they do that? I remember those days of packing and unpacking when we had the sticks and bricks. There is no perfect world.
I'm not sure why they did that, but we sure are loving it! Having good Internet everywhere we go and the price is only $50 a month. Packing up is our least favorite part. Thanks for watching.
