As a secular Hindu I have felt so terrible when Nupur ji was made to hide for no fault of hers. She is being punished for just replying to those hurting our sentiments in their own language. Either the facilities to dispose wastes are not provided or attitude of people not changed. Being a railway passenger, I can say. Facilities to dispose of wastes are not enough in trains. The small waste bins provided in the trains are not enough to collect wastes or the employees or workers not emptying such bins in time.. Who should this matter, passengers or the concerned staff? It is that the rulers/administration should make arrangements for the same. After that, if some passengers throw waste, they must be punished for the same. Whose responsibility it is? Political leaders it seems able to change the mind set and attitudes to a large extent, because of this there come to power. So why that not happening in the case of cleanliness?
