Hello from Boston. Just bought the machine yesterday and followed the instructions. Yet the milk does not come out. I tried all the options including the foam and it simply doesn’t work. What can I do?

I'm somewhat disappointed with my Vertuo Lattissima, far too much crema when all I want is an Americano style coffee. Is there a way to minimise the crema, or which variety of coffee would offer the least. Presently I run two Nespreeso machine,, keeping to the old, original Lattissima for low crema coffes

Is there a guide or a booklet that outlines each drink, the modes it uses, and step by step directions? I dont want to watch a video every time.

How can I reduce the amount of milk foam? I would like to have my milk with less froth - it is currently too foamy for my taste. I use skimmed milk

Hi Kadir. Different milks will produce varying degrees of milk froth, and the higher the protein content the richer the froth. We suggest experimenting with plant based milks as the type of froth produced will be less consistent.
