Example Total headcount - 20 Agents scheduled- 16 unplanned leave 2 planned leave 3 To calculate unplanned shrinkage formula will remain 2/16*100 To calculate planned shrinkage formula will be 3/20*100 But overall the calculation may differ from organization to organization
