I know Northville very well, having delivered craft beer, wine, champagne and also produce to various restaurants. Northville is upper middle-class to upper high-class homes. For one the real estate market in Michigan is extremely ridiculously expensive and that was even true, when I moved up here to Michigan in 2002. Try going to Northville and buying something relatively inexpensive… like you might pay for a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, two car garage, ranch style home in Texas. I promise you… you’re going to pay at least three times more than what you did in Texas. But if you got the money and you like the environment, then that’s the place for you, though I must say they do not have very many good churches that I have found .
