Thanks for the comment and welcome to the channel, this is part one of a series in which this product is reviewed, will have my final thoughts once the build is completed, more then invited to stick around :)

I think that you should add "part 1" to the title or "P1" or "E1" to avoid confusion

I got the same board. Seems to be working out really well with the 3600X I bought. This is really an unboxing video, but you did a decent job talking about the features. Will be interested to see how you like it once it's all set up and running.

If this is part of a series of videos, you should name it accordingly to avoid confusions. I get that you want people to see it but ...........

Thanks, it seems like the box I have has made a mistake as it clearly says 64, but it's good to know I can pump it up to 128gb :)

No information on the VRM or the Asus x570 line-up, no comparison to the other ~200$ x570 boards, no feature review, no mention of the fact that Asus are by far the slowest to update their BIOSes, no information on the unsafe VDDCR voltage that the board defaults too...gee "great" "review"

Thank you for the comment Boris, I'm still working on building the computer and that's why there hasn't been an updated video for this, I know i'm not the best in hardware PC reviews but I did want to share my 2 cents regarding my experiences with buying this... I did make note of your suggestions and will talk about them on my future video though so I appreciate the comment heavily!

Boris. What budget x570 board would you suggest for a basic 3900x build that will be used for Adobe creative suite (no much gaming)

Can you please post a picture from the back of this motherboard? I am thinking of buying this one and I want to watercool the chipset, so I need to know how the chipset radiator is fixed. If you could measure the distance between the mounting points it would be awesome.

Military Grade means they use Through Hole mounting of components as opposed to Surface Mounting, which is Good.

I wish to know does the onboard VGA work? I’m using a Ryzen 3rd gen 3800x and I don’t see a signal showing on my monitor. Which is wired to a HDMI port!
Please assist if you got the onboard vga to work!

idle.. Amd cool and quiet doesnt exist in my TUF X570 plus wifi board.
I changed my power plan in windows to 5% minimum on the cpu but it
still sits @ 4.3ghz even @ idle. Anyone have any ideas?

does it support ryzen 7 3800x please help

    • @Astor4o
      @Astor4o 5 лет назад +1

Yes it does. All x570 boards do support Ryzen 3000 chips.
The x570 TUF in particular is a very good choice since it has all the basics and a very, very good VRM (the same as that on their x570-E 330$ board - 4 phase v-core VRM with 3 stages per phase which is insane) setup that would support a 3900x and 3950x .
The question is - do you need an x570 board? You can get a more feature-rich x470 motherboard for less cash if you don't care about the PCIe-4 support.
If you are adamant on grabbing an x570 board - you might look into the x570 aorus elite (same price-point) - the pros it has above the Asus TUF one are:
      - BIOS flashback (in case some flash goes terribly terribly wrong)
      - Better BIOS support in general (Gigabyte did a great job this generation in adhering to the spec from AMD)
The con are the worse VRMs though - they aren't as good as the TUF ones.
