It still depends on the substats. You can test it on your own. What I do is I do damage test on bosses in hard story mode. I record my Basic/charge attack damage, special skill damage and Ultimate (without buffs to get consistent results). Then swap equip then compare. Keep in mind that the hunter set makes it easier for you to reach your desired crit stats compare to the fire set. So your hunter set should have attack substats or else your attack would be so low if you go full crit. But if you use Lemon Zest’s artifact then you can go full crit. Just aim for a balance stat.

Now that champs raids are out I have a hunter set but all gear is 1*. Should I still use that over my fire gear? (5* helmet, 1* vest, 2* leggings)
@@memey6978 yes I’d say so, I’m pretty confident that a 1* hunter set is better than a 3*-4* fire set
