To join my Minecraft server, head to my Twitch channel and type !server for the login information. You must be subscribed on Twitch to join, and have a Discord account. This is so we can moderate and manage the server due to demand. The server is open 24/7 and has a survival world, as well as a museum of every past build we've done on the channel.
New Earth Build Rules:
-No obnoxious floating text. No obnoxiously tall buildings.
-Respect the coastline and borders. Islands, continents and countries should retain their shape.
-Build the best you can. Low effort and unfinished constructions will be removed.
-Your building cannot just be a flag.
-No contemporary politics.
-No depictions of war, recent mass tragedy, racism or discrimination or hate symbols of any kind.
-Railways must be at ground level. Railways in the air are considered low effort and too tall. We recommend an underground metro instead.
-No pixel art. We find that this obscures other builds, and we plan to provide a space later.

Fun fact: in the museum, rt missed the one book in the entrance specifically meant for him, which was by the person who made the design for the Thank You RT towers. It also was to teach rt he could do F3 + N to change game modes quickly…

Despite popular demands, RT will NOT be nailed to the spire.
Instead he will be chained to it like Prometheus instead, in a more family friendly manner.
But for real this project has been a great one to take part in, even if for a short time. It is still unimaginable how we have managed to actually make a New Earth that's not just shitpost and memes, but something more meaningful and expressive. I hope all of your builds make someone else's day better, one day.
Um, while chained up Prometheus had his liver ripped out by an eagle every day and it healed every night. I'm slightly concerned by your idea of "more family friendly"...

Can’t believe it’s finally over
hey dan, one of the people who partly helped organize the museum build! really glad you liked it, and how it seemed to turn out as well as it did, considering we had next to no plan for the interior and most things there were wildly improvised and by people who joined halfway through, which i think turned out to be perfectly in the spirit of new earth, a fitting cap to this wonderful project
RT, Im so glad youre releasing a world download. You've unintentionally brought together a huge piece of human art, history, and pop culture. Needs to be archived!
Same here, it really is a unique piece of collaborative art and history. It's a cultural time capsule and record of so many things before current and past.
As the last build that'll ever be done on the server, I'm a little sad that this video isn't longer. I think being the longest video in the series thus far would suit it quite nicely.
Seems like he's going to do a "world tour" video. Bet that'll be a long one
Dan said there'll still be future build streams, but as far as New Earth, it's all finished and won't be revisited

It's crazy to think that it's now been 3 years since the Minecraft New Earth Project started and is quite emotional that we've finally come to the end after all this time and successfully made a better Earth.
Glad that throughout my many builds on the project that the Neckwear Headwear at 10:50 marks a final farewell and reminder to how this all started!

i have absolutely no clue who Einmor is but they sound like an absolute chad. just the sheer patience to make so many note block songs/covers, then make a record of EVERY SINGLE ONE in new john city. phenomenal
Einmor was the person who did most of the note block tracks you've heard across the streams. Not all of them were his, I made Diggy Diggy Hole, for instance, but he made so many, and was part of what inspired me to start writing some. He's absolutely a chad.

I'm bummed I missed this session, but the time I did get to spend on the server was incredibly fun! My build with Meeti was my favorite and it's crazy thinking that since we built that giant butterfly we went from playing on a minecraft server to writing our own animated series together. Can't wait to run around and see the full map again in person, thank y'all again for hosting such a cool project :>

it’s actually crazy to think that this project started when i entered art school 3 years ago. i graduated a few months ago but if someone had asked me when the first new earth build was made I would’ve confidently said a year ago, really puts into perspective how fast time flies.
It’s been incredible to watch along and to see both you and the community grow and evolve over these three years (how has it already been so long), from as early as the WcMonald’s with the Llama pit, to now a full blown city with so much dedication and passion put in. Thank you, RT.

It’s been a lovely 3 years and while I wasn’t involved in any builds it was always great to watch the youtube videos showcasing the community‘s talent. It’s been a great time and I will probably rewatch the whole thing again. I‘m very excited to be able to see the end result for myself eventually. We love you RT and I also love this community.

I never build anything but I really had fun watching this series and I can't believe 3 years has already passed. For those unaware, that's Noah's (main male protag of Xenoblade 3) sword which is Lucky Seven in a red sword sheath (this is explained in the story).
The Xenoblade community does joke about new swords in the series being the 'Xenoblade' but none have been confirmed in official media.

Through all the amogus, flesh, clickbait, pixel art, spires, stores, noteblocks, museums, and goofiness, we can now say that New Earth is finished, and we couldn't be prouder of what it is today. Although I never participated in the project I have watched all the videos when they came out since the very first one and it's crazy to now see it completed amazing stuff honestly
I'm sad that this has finally come to an end, but glad that I could be a part of it in the past and watch it progress ever further over these past few years. Can't wait for the full tour later down the line

I feel like this is one of the only cities that *won't* get hit with asteroids and nukes, and I like it!
I do not know what will happen in the future. To the world, the computers, the internet. Maybe to minecraft itself. But I do hope that all of these effort will be preserved as long as possible. As a testament how people from different cultures and walk of life can get together and share a part of themself and build together something so beautiful. The whole server is museum worthy in my eyes.
I've been watching this series since it came out 3 years ago and I'm sad to see it ending. Excited to download the world map though when it's available :)

TO BE FAIR, not even Noah ever told us what that damn sword's name was, if it wasn't listed in the hero gallery it might as well have been called the xenoblade
The aether originally started as a mod, and then people who didn't understand what mods were were trying it in vanilla and ofc it won't work
One of the devs of the aether and rhe aether II is now a minecraft dev, but the team is still working on the aether 1 and 2 mods and they are getting updates every few months

7:14 to explain what “xenoblade” that is, it is in fact not the monado and definitely not the xenoblade, Daniel. The sword build is the main character of Xenoblade Chronicles 3’s sword and the sheath containing and holding back the power of the sharpest sword in all of Aionios. The way it’s shown planted in the ground in the build I believe is referencing an image for the dlc of Xenoblade 3 that depicts Noah’s blade in the ground alongside the Monado and Pyras sword.
