I hope it's calmer in Blackpool today? Where I live in Scotland there has been a fair bit of damage with roofs being ripped off and falling masonry. I think its the worst storm here I have ever seen though there have been many in the past I think that was the most ferocious storm that I can remember. Today it's calmer though. When I was out walking there's an icy wind and we do have a warning for ice and snow.
