Hello Maritza, you can increase it by upgrading your spirits. Keep buying more boxes using the shards you get and replace the better spirits you obtain in the energy tank to increase the capacity and regeneration.
Tiles can be hard to notice in this game at times. But apart from the 3 star completion reward and the achievement for 3 star locations, there's nothing as of now. You can skip those and maybe find them whenever you have the time.

Have you found a reason to get all 3 stars at each location? I find I'm spending a lot of time finding the last tile or two.
