My father died from a short aggressive fight against colon cancer last week. We didn’t make it to hospice so we had to spend his last few days of life in the hospital. When I first arrived at the hospital, I dimmed down the lights in his room, shut off the tv that the staff had put on, and played this song plus other Christian music to calm my dad. Music brought my dad to heaven and into his last breath on earth. This song forever will remind me of my dad’s passing and how this song gave us strength.
So thankful that the Lord created music! I can feel glimpses of our creator's creativity through your beautiful work of art, Ellie! Thank you for sharing this song with the world. Tears of joy!

I was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor and had it removed. I am now undergoing radiation therapy and the side effects are difficult. I am 58 and my ex- husband left me in 2015 but finally divorced me in 2021 after several affairs. Both of my sons have autoimmune conditions known as PANDAS and PANS so they struggle to give me the support I need. My family doesn't live in the area so I get little help from them. I first heard this song after my brain surgery at UCSF and it still rings true to my heart and spirit. Thank you Ellie for creating a song that I can so relate to in one if my darkest times. It ministers to my soul.and somehow makes me feel not so alone. Prayers for all who are suffering and feel alone right now🙏🕊🙏

@@ruthmattucci985 I am doing okay. Very scared at times because I am all alone with my two young adult sons who are dealing with autoimmune health issues and are not really fully functioning. I don't have much support from friends, family or church either so this is very hard because I really do feel very alone and probably because I am in the literal sense of the word. I know the Lord is with me but we all need people and community. Praying I make it through this🙏🙏🙏
I am finished with radiation now and waiting for my follow-up MRI and then on to chemo. Not sure of how many rounds etc
I have been off of steroids for inflsmmatuon.but the last couple of days I feel like my brain is very swollen and strugglkng.with almost getting the spins but not getting them in the end. I am afraid mostly for my sons future because if I don't get through this I don't know who will be here for them besides one another.🙏😭

My son was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago. I’ve had to move away from my husband and other children so that my son can get the care he needs. The loneliness I’ve felt is crushing…. This song came on and while I was running from God because of this horrible experience and God pulled me back through this song. There are times in life when we feel so alone and nothing can take that away, until we cry out to God in our pain. We may shout out loud - “God! Are you there?” “I’m all alone!” “I’m in pain so deep and I need you Jesus!” “Tell me that I’m not alone!” This song/video, is a peak inside one of those private times when it’s just you and the Lord. Rarely does anyone share this moment with others. By taking the risk of showing this, somebody may be experiencing the same depth of sorrow and also realize they can cry out to the God who hears. This might show them that other people go through huge struggles as well.

One day - today, 24 hours, not 48, 64, etc….. just one day.
Stay in today. Hold God’s hand. After a long time, a lifting will come, but for now - just one day. 🙏🏼 The last five years have been very tough for me. I lost my younger brother to suicide, then almost exactly 1 year later my son in law took his own life. It was my daughter’s husband. After that she snapped and vanished with my only grandchild, a little girl who was a baby at that time when she lost her Daddy.
My daughter is still estranged - she won’t give anyone her address, phone number, nor let anyone see her daughter. That’s on both sides of the family. None of us knows where they are and have no way to contact them. It’s heartbreaking. I lost my Dad to suicide 40 years ago when I had just gotten married and was young. (divorced now). At times my life feels
like a big tragedy. Then - my Jesus reminds me that he has redeemed me. It’s only by his saving grace that I can face each day. You too are not alone Brenda. Jesus is close to the broken hearted. @@alive2107 Wow, what a difficult journey. Today there are more and more injustices occurring to innocent people by the corrupted government, FBI, CDC, DOJ, CPS, and other entities. It’s evil what is taking place. Hard to believe this is America. Disturbing and sad. When one experiences tragedy and such injustices, it robs them of their safety and a hopeful future.
It pulls their life away, leaving them devastated and abandoned. It’s hard for them or anyone to believe what has happened. Like grief, it is a
long, slow process back to any sort of normalcy. Without Jesus, it is hopeless.
Some men trust in chariots, some trust in horses, but I -
I will trust in the name of the Lord! One day, our heavenly Father will make ALL things right.

Through this truth of the Holy Bible we can know that life is to be lived according to God's will, And not according to our own will...

If it were to live according to our will, God would not have left the commandments in the new testament to us obey, Which is part of the new alliance...
I also know that the truth sometimes causes discomfort for people, but we have to understand and accept after all it is the truth that is being told, it is written: "Be holy, because I am holy!" (1 Peter 1:16), The conduct of a true Christian is not as many teach that it is just Living by (grace and faith), as it proves wrong, where are the miracles, healings and deliverance that the Lord Jesus and the disciples did in the past happening in the present day??? Has God changed?? Of course not.... God said He doesn't live in a dirty house, The house symbolizes the human body, and the dirt symbolizes sin, so if miracles aren't happening it's because God isn't in us, And if God isn't in us it's because we're living in disobedience so how can miracles happen? this is just one of many, many other proofs that prove what I'm saying... But every day God offers an opportunity to change...

Dear Ellie, I saw you in concert when you opened for Lauren Daigle in Evansville. And you changed my life. Youve helped me through my highs and lows. When my dad was in the hospital I was numb. I wasn't eating, drinking, nothing. I was forced to eat and I threw it up. My mom put you on our speaker and after that I was cured. I was eating again and because of you I've learned how to cope with my emotions better. And my coping is you and your music. You are my therapy. I know you probably will never see or respond to this but just know you changed my life. With love from a 13 year old fan.
