once i wasn't paid out my fee after doing a guy in my hometown everything was said forehand but he didn't pay me so i left and i called the police, the guy still refused to pay me - we had a verbal contract - after the police told me that they won't help a male prostitute I smashed the guys backdoor and hit him in the face twice he still won't pay me. He even had the money laying around (the sex wasn't that great) I took his smartphone tried to escape but he held me, (was a big guy) i threw his phone down the floor. it was an act of pure emotional devastation. I would consider the situation as rape.
