Last two years I've AirBnB'd a condo in Patong beach, Phuket in July for 1000 Baht/night. Big living room and kitchen, separate bedroom which is nice for our kid. Near Jungceylon shopping center and close to Bangla. Only thing I miss from hotels is daily fresh towels.
