I don’t know if you’ll see this, but regarding Tom Ford lipstick, his lip shine, in the thinner taller tubes don’t go rancid, I find it’s really only been his matte formula. I wonder if you’ve noticed the same. I have all of his lipsticks. And I do mean all of them. I will no longer buy the matte ones because having as many as we do, there is no way to use them before they go smelly. I really love when you do these collections videos. Happy New Years. ✌🏼

sascha alexandra Thank you for making this comment, I have a few TF lipsticks the mattes ones, and after reading your comment I’ve went to my collection and smelled them. One of them has that cheap lipstick smell now! So disappointed considering the money I’ve spent of them. TF lipsticks tend to have a vanilla type of smell to them I guess it’s that going off! ☹️
Anika A. I’m sorry that’s happened. There is something in the mattes, and it makes me nuts, given what he charges. I’m not sure I’d ever trust that again. That being said, the lip shines have some of my favorite lipstick colors ever, so I buy those without a second thought. Are yours holding up?

Hi Tara, I’m from the uk and I agree the Rosie for Autograph makeup is great - it’s from Marks & Spencer. Have you tried the shadow sticks - exactly the same if not better than the By Terry ones and the same colours too. If you want to do a swap to stock up, I’m more than happy to as Sephora has stopped sending to the UK so win, win! I’m not a youtuber, just a long time viewer and subscriber! Love your collection videos!

Thanks for doing this! My husband didn’t believe you used tool chests!!! Have always wondered what you do with all the goodies!!! Have put myself on a (mostly) no-buy until I save up for a nice vanity since I don’t have one at all and just stand at the bathroom counter... SO enjoying seeing someone like you looking at makeup you like it decluttering!

I am so stoked to see your collection of top drawer lipsticks. I thought I had a lot of lipsticks but I think you have me beat. They are all so pretty. There are a couple there that I have never seen or heard of and have added them to my Sephora cart. A couple of the MAC LE lipsticks have been on my list to try and search secondary sellers to see if I can pick them up. I have added a couple more to that list also. Thank you for doing this Tara. I am sure it was tiring. I am facing a declutter also and it is so hard to make a decision. I try not to declutter LE lipsticks but sometimes, if I am never going to use them, it is better they go to someone who will use and love them. Can't wait for part 2!!

Love this .I am not purchasing any new lipsticks for one year.So far it is working.Had my 4 besties come over ,they took any 3 lipsticks and 3 lipgloss of choice for their own.I helped them with the colors.It was very satisfying way to declutter. your collection is so nice.Lipstick ,my favorite!!

There were about five shades I would want. Lots of beiges, lavenders and pinks and some corals.still enjoyable and helpful.

Wow, that MAC section brought back memories! I remember I used to want to have a big collection, loved how uniform and sleek the packaging looked in a lipstick tower. I’m surprised yours are still good, mine smell like crayons after 5 years.

I just love how she goes through all the brands, (Gucci, Tom Ford, Guerlain, Lancôme, and other expensive brands) and as soon as she gets to the MAC none of those matter. LOVE MAC! ❤️ not that MAC is cheap! But definitely more affordable than those other high end brands

I used to hoard lipsticks but when Maybelline came out with the SuperStay Matte Ink lippies, I was hooked! I have pretty much narrowed my collection way down as that formula (for me) is perfection! Unfortunately I can’t seem to turn off my addiction turned to palettes & highlighters! Whoops!

hi Tara, thanks for making this video, I loved seeing all the lipstick swatches and many of the Mac lipsticks you showed really took me back! I haven't thought about the pervette lipstick in awhile, its a great color (the name is I don't know, but the color is great).

I used to wear the Estee Lauder one's alot, I always paired up Defiant Coral & Potent and always had so many ppl wanting to know what I had on. Oh and I think it was Mel Thompson (Puffins Wife) that said TF took out the oil that was causing the lipsticks to go rancid. The Victoria Beckham shade Brazilian Nude is gorgeous!! I got backups of both the lipstick and the liner.

Wow that is a cool collection. I love the MAC lipstick formula, I also have a handful of the Estée Lauder colour envy in sheer and their original formula which smell and look the same as when I got them years ago. Interesting that some of yours had turned though, I’ll have to keep and eye on mine.
I have one estee lauder in my collection and it went funky pretty quickly. Heartbreaking 💔
Your collection is just absolutely legendary! Edit: i own jazzed but i don't dare to wear it or my cyndi anymore cuz they're so old. They smell fine but my lips gets bumpy after wearing them. Dunno if they're expired or if i might be allergic to them tho (those are the only mac ls i own). Also, its reassuring to see the dust - that ytubers are just human too! Lol
St-Germain in a lipglass is awesome and you GOTTA try Fanfare...Mac lipsticks of course.

I heard Tom Ford changed the formula and switched out the oil that was going bad so quickly. I have not purchased any of his lipsticks in almost a year. I got quite irked at having to toss 8 full size TF lipsticks. I just got to Kevyn Aucoin lipsticks and I hate the way they taste! I'm going to force myself to wear them. LOL Very nice lipstick collection.
I wonder how long ago this change was implemented. I also had quite a few tom fords that I barely scratched the surface of before they went off...
