One of the first steps in building your own home in South Africa is working out how to actually pay for it. Building loans are offered by most South African banks and is something we applied for - except that it was DECLINED.
That didn’t stop us though.
In this video we explain how we have been able to finance the build of our dream home, and how our bond originators were instrumental in getting us started on our house build.

It's silly to me how banks are so old school in their approach to modern ways of earning
I've been self employed for 2,1 years, never made any payslips even thoughthe businesshas beenquiteprofitable. It has really disadvantaged me,thanks for the advice. In a years time I wanna spend 3mill on a house in my village. Thank you for the inspiration, best of luck with your business

What an awesome video, I think we need more of the survival side (maybe a sub channel). Go into your business and helping other people do what you do and did. You will just earn more $$ on RUclips and social sites, because in a country like ours, we need this. God’s blessing thank you. Ps no need for formal education or degrees, for some it’s restrictive.
