To restore your google playstore go to setting then click application manager then find disabled then you will see there google playstore then click it then tap enable then tap show notification then wait for 30 sec until it fix. Done your google playstore is back^_^

Why did you off the notifications of download manager its bcz u uninstalled youtube anda downloaded it again you offed the notification so that your viewers wont know u downloaded it from playstore again
