No truer words. I didn't even know about Touhou (or even Death Waltz. I miss out on a lot of popular things.) until I found a Synthesia video for in an "Impossible Song" playlist, and found the Death Waltz vs. U.N Owen Was Her battle.
Honestly, after listening to both this and "(Not Really) Death Waltz," I think this version is better. More keys makes for deeper sound, but the crisp, singular piano notes in this version really make the song better. I guess sometimes what's worth doing is NOT worth overdoing.

The REAL Death Waltz is not even a music composition and is aksldjfsl;kfjfldjfaldksfjasdkflj. This is still U.N Owen was Her.
@Furious0Stylz No this is a version of death waltz. Listen to both of them, they start out differently and are completely different. Pull up two tabs, one with U.N Owen was her, one with death waltz, and this. And listen to them in that order. There's an immediate difference. Trust me.

That is because some of what the uploader found is not 100% complete version. Take a look at the night of nights version and download the sheet music. It is for more than 1 piano. I will try to look for the full thing. Give me about 4 days to a month of searching.

Leaving DW aside, I find this arrangement quite interesting. You see, _Night of Nights_ (which C&C also created) *also* had U.N. Owen in it. To put it another way, rather than simply being a re-arrange of Flowering Night, it was a remix of Flowering Night and U.N. Owen was Her? You can hear some of NoN in here, but I don't think it's that much. Does anyone know which came first?

The "Real" version of this song is not for one piano. It is the one that looks like a pile of spaghetti in synthesia. Any playable version is a rewrite, including marasy's and this one.

End of story.
After a hell of a lot of search I've been able to find all of the Soundtracks from Touhou but in MIDI Format. Though it should be possible to make a sheet out of a MIDI File, I'll try to find a way. =)

No, it came from marasy's. Geurep7 took marasy's video directly and titled it Fairies Aire and Death Waltz.
