I think it’s fantastic. It’s such a juxtaposition, the harshness of the word and the lightness of his singing, that it actually makes the word mean more, and have more feeling, than usual.
The original was a punk/rock/emo song and the f*** word fitted the vibe. Ronnie wanted to stick with the lyrics in the reimagined, even though he thought the f**** word sounded ridiculous here. Personally I kinda like it. It emphasis the emotions and the lose of control over them, to me.
I was so happy to see this in my feed. Great choice, and I always love the played interpretations afterwards!! Hope you both have happy holidays & looking forward to more in 2024!!!
The F word is too versitile to not use it on the regular haha. In the case of this song, it's only used twice in the last chorus, it serves the purpose of conveying the deepening dispair as the song progresses. So I don't find its use egregious.
This brings back so much PTSD from conservatory learning music. Having to take direction from people who have no idea what real music is about. Thinking it's all in the notes and that curse words don't have a weight.
That drop gave me full body chills, great song! I'll have to add Falling in Reverse to my rotation. I swear I did pay attention to the lyrics, but i didn't even register the repeated use of Judson's favorite curse word in the song, I had to rewind to hear it. That word scratches a very particular itch for me that few others can, but it can often feel like the 'easy' and lazy choice in songwriting. Besides, it feels far better when screamed than in the falsetto, imo.
I saw his gears turning as he listened. Drives me nuts. My wife can pick out a melody within a few minutes. Not as good as here but it is a mutant ability. My kid can do that on the sax… You can cruse in poetry. 😈
I agree at times with words being used when they are unnecessary.. I also believe that they can be used as a way to express a more serious, gritty nature.. In a sense of giving up or forced to move on and accept things.. sometimes an F bomb is the one way to convey.. not always though of course.
The ones that seem the happiest are the ones carrying the greatest pain. We can't let it out. But sometimes one like Ronnie comes along and let's it out in a way that helps the rest of us.
That's funny, because ronnie hates this part the most :D He's annoyed that he used f*cking in the original song so he had to use it in this version too.
Keep going with the Falling in Reverse remakes. Would also recommend Goodbye Graceful and Sink or Swim. Or older music with ronnie, Escape the Fate - My Apocalypse, Not Good Enough for Truth in Cliche, The Webs We Weave, The Guillotine, or There's no Sympathy for the Dead.
I second this, after I saw the Fallujah t-shirt I was like something from Flesh Prevails or Nomadic like The Dead Sea, Sapphire or Allure would be great as well. I know harsh vocals are not Judsons preferred thing, so maybe a song with more mellow parts might show him the gift that this band is. even if I was not as on board with the latest records than I am with like the first 3 albums of them.
The song was about his heroin addiction back im the day which someone who has gone thtough that can understand where the f word comes ftom. He has overcome all.that now. Great Reaction!
So focused on the piano and measuring didn't hear a god damn word except the cuss words. The song is about addiction Judson I think that's what Richard wanted you to hear.
I think CoF might need to make an appearance on the show if Judson is a poetry fan. And I agree with him on the use of the F word. I like to say it and I don't mind hearing it in songs but it shocks me to hear it in this context. In the OG one it made sense, though!
It would be interesting to see Judson's reaction to One Day The Only Butterflies Left Will Be In Your Chest As You March Towards Your Death (feat. Amy Lee) by Bring Me The Horizon, its more somber and orchestral than anything else BMTH has ever made
It's a word and describes a raw emotion that everyone feels. No need to use some fancy word fucking is just fine because it is used in most languages. Rather something stick out to everyday people over something well people who act like it is such a horrible thing to say lmao
I think in this song he changes it from God dammed to F'n to show the frustration as he's building to the climax of the song. Wasn't just there to only be shocking. I feel you lose the impact of the end if he just repeats himself for a 3rd time before the end.
That "f" word made part of musical intensity and crescendo as his frustration was growing ending up in that last screaming part and to me made all the sense. That was not just about wanting to be rude on the lyrics that's a short vision in my opinion.
I'd actually agree, I don't usually enjoy swearing in my music.. Which you would think heavy music, lots of cursing.. but its strangely quiet rare to hear "fuck, cunt, shit, bitch" in heavy music. While here in Australia its very common language, it lacks creativity when writing music.. No matter how much it feels natural.. But at hights of emotion, I can see how it can be used very well.
I've seen Ronnie mention that he cringes at the use of the f word in the lyrics as well, but he didn't think he should change the lyrics since it was a celebration of the original.
Was waiting for the drop and just when I thought the song was going to fizzle out, blammo, fire! I'm with Judson on the swearing, totally f*cking unnecessary.
You disliking Olivia Rodrigo for swearing in her music didn’t make any since she is twenty year old . She is going to be edgy in some of her songs . Lastly she dosnt swear in all of her songs . Just felt like a bad example.
Keep lyrics exactly the same was awesome for the sake of showing how such a loud, direct, angry song, could become so beautiful, even with EXACT lyrics. No, I don't buy that idea that Radke wishes he would have made it clean. If so, he'd be incorrect. Reimagined is the most perfectly done song of Radke.
It’s so crazy to see Dad Bod Eminem and alive Andy Warhol together and conversing.
now that you pointed it out, yes he does look like Eminem lol
First thing i noticed when i saw the video
This might be the greatest comment in the history of the internet. 😂
Alive Andy Warhol made me spit out my coffee xD
It's so weird...you don't see Dad Bod Eminem looking like Eminem, until you see the comment saying he looks like Eminem...at least for me lol
Ronnie would agree with you. He regrets adding that adjective. It's in the original, but he wished he didn't do it in the reimagined.
Seconded. Pretty sure you can find the video of him talking about this. True to the original but feels out of place in this version.
Yep yep it's an easy find on RUclips. He literally talks about how he hates it in the reimagined but felt he had to stay true to the original.
Yeah I saw him saying that somewhere.
It's just a word. Art has no limits.
I think it’s fantastic. It’s such a juxtaposition, the harshness of the word and the lightness of his singing, that it actually makes the word mean more, and have more feeling, than usual.

Same. The f word is needed for the emphasis.
Watching Ronnie rag on himself when he hears that part is always a funny time
What word are you talking about? Fuck?
I thought the profanity fit perfect. Sometimes it just fits. He only used 4 curse words through the entire song.
It’s amazing how he could reproduce so much of that from hearing it one time. Truly masterful and legendary.
I was so happy to see this in my feed. Great choice, and I always love the played interpretations afterwards!! Hope you both have happy holidays & looking forward to more in 2024!!!

Please do I'm Not a Vampire Revamped! It's even better :)
THIS!!!
Min 9:25 😂😂 Judson was like: ok, my turn.
He's incredibly talented.
you had me at the intro with Radiohead!!!!
love it
This brings back so much PTSD from conservatory learning music. Having to take direction from people who have no idea what real music is about. Thinking it's all in the notes and that curse words don't have a weight.
I agreed, I think it's beautiful.
I liked how the reimagined had hard words with soft delivery!😎
That drop gave me full body chills, great song! I'll have to add Falling in Reverse to my rotation. I swear I did pay attention to the lyrics, but i didn't even register the repeated use of Judson's favorite curse word in the song, I had to rewind to hear it. That was in the original lyric and speaks to the desperate conflict of addiction 😔
I saw his gears turning as he listened. Drives me nuts. My wife can pick out a melody within a few minutes. Not as good as here but it is a mutant ability. My kid can do that on the sax…
You can cruse in poetry. 😈
I recall Ronnie also didn't love using the F words in the reimagined, but also wanted to stay true to the original lyrics
I agree at times with words being used when they are unnecessary.. I also believe that they can be used as a way to express a more serious, gritty nature.. In a sense of giving up or forced to move on and accept things.. sometimes an F bomb is the one way to convey.. not always though of course.

Damn, I loved that F-ing part.
That's funny, because ronnie hates this part the most :D He's annoyed that he used f*cking in the original song so he had to use it in this version too.
I loved it too! ❤
talk show host at the beginning, put a smile on my face immediately.
Creep was always my favorite
Sweet review..... We've gotten Last Resort, The Drug in me Reimagined.
Now we need I'm not a vampire revamped 🤞
Keep going with the Falling in Reverse remakes. Would also recommend Goodbye Graceful and Sink or Swim. Or older music with ronnie, Escape the Fate - My Apocalypse, Not Good Enough for Truth in Cliche, The Webs We Weave, The Guillotine, or There's no Sympathy for the Dead.
I didn't know he analyzed lyrics so much when he is able to. It may be worth letting Judson read the lyrics for some of the less discernable voices.
Ronnie's a creative and does some things, acts a way. It wasn't his most poetic moment. he is much better at metaphor than lyrical verse verbatim.
Amazing to be able to cover it instantly after hearing it once.
There are three “reimagined” songs in their discography.
a perfect circle - 3 libras
Another fantastic reaction guys xx
You guys should do “watch the world burn” from them next to get Ronnie on 11
I love the Fallujah shirt
Nice choice 👌
Show him some Fallujah. Something off of Dreamless. Like The Void Alone or Abandon.
Proceed Richard
The song was about his heroin addiction back im the day which someone who has gone thtough that can understand where the f word comes ftom. He has overcome all.that now. Great Reaction!
So focused on the piano and measuring didn't hear a god damn word except the cuss words. The song is about addiction Judson I think that's what Richard wanted you to hear.
Ronnie agrees with the f word in this song he felt he had to keep it cause it's in the original.
PTCBMF Studios CEO is here.
Just wondered, did you also listen to the original to appreciate the variation?
Muse - Butterflies and hurricanes live at Wembley I wish you will make a reaction one day :)
I think CoF might need to make an appearance on the show if Judson is a poetry fan.
And I agree with him on the use of the F word. I like to say it and I don't mind hearing it in songs but it shocks me to hear it in this context. In the OG one it made sense, though!
This is the ONLY fir song I give the certification to.
It would be interesting to see Judson's reaction to One Day The Only Butterflies Left Will Be In Your Chest As You March Towards Your Death (feat. Amy Lee) by Bring Me The Horizon, its more somber and orchestral than anything else BMTH has ever made
We need some sleep token. They have some great piano heavy songs
when he play chorus on one hear, its time to subscribe on this channel!!!
It's a word and describes a raw emotion that everyone feels. No need to use some fancy word fucking is just fine because it is used in most languages. Rather something stick out to everyday people over something well people who act like it is such a horrible thing to say lmao
Like other people have pointed out, Ronnie regrets putting the f bombs in there also.
I think in this song he changes it from God dammed to F'n to show the frustration as he's building to the climax of the song. Wasn't just there to only be shocking. I feel you lose the impact of the end if he just repeats himself for a 3rd time before the end.

I would like to see your Reaction to Rammstein „Zeit“ … thank you 🙏

Dammit...the commenter said you look like Eminem and now I can't unsee it.
Thank you
I've seen Ronnie mention that he cringes at the use of the f word in the lyrics as well, but he didn't think he should change the lyrics since it was a celebration of the original.
Would love to see "Gutter Ballet" by Savatage one day here...
Was waiting for the drop and just when I thought the song was going to fizzle out, blammo, fire!
I'm with Judson on the swearing, totally f*cking unnecessary.
Also Adam Sandler in the wedding singer.
You disliking Olivia Rodrigo for swearing in her music didn’t make any since she is twenty year old . She is going to be edgy in some of her songs . Lastly she dosnt swear in all of her songs . Just felt like a bad example.
They've only reimagined/revamped 3 songs
Dont worry, Ronnie regrets it too 😂

Please react to "Exist" by Avenged Sevenfold
I love Exist but I think there are better choices
Original lyric content .
He used the F word twice
its ef n no biggie
Do a Wednesday 13 reaction
Murderdolls are even better. Pretty simple stuff though.
"I dont kile when he says "F" word" I like poetry.... dude u didnt read any poetry.
The fact that you didn’t set up any context to this and let him rant about the f word, made this a horrible reaction. No sub here
