I loved the letter and applaude your activism. This is exactly what ex jws need. I was DF'd at 17 (30+ yrs ago) and said from that day on, these men have no right to harm people like this. We are 63 and woke up 2019 and 2020. The lockdown helped us to Continue waking up and finding more info and looked for more info based on our personal Red flags. By 2021 we stopped zoom meetings and began to study both the Bible and searching ourselves- and have our believes. The lockdown is over we haven’t attended meeting. Some have knocked on the door shouting our names but we don’t greet them- trying to fade! Thanks for this video! Regards to both our brothers: Fran and Joe!! ❤

Such a great interview. I appreciate how Riley let the beautiful couple share from their heart and didn’t continually interrupt (as the interviewer often will). God is truly working in this couple’s life, I pray that they have come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior as I know that even though they have left the JW’s, they may still hold on to many of the lies that were taught.

If you can't divorce your wife or husband if they are disfellowshipped, then other family relations should also be maintained. Disfellowshipped parents who get elderly are expected to be taken care of by their children regardless of status. I'm so irritated by this cult. I'm an XJW but still one of the anointed.
