    *week 1*
    Day 1: hurts😭
    Day 2: still hurts a lot, but at least I can sit while doing it 😭
    Day 3: it is easier and hurts less, none results for now
    Day 4: don't judge me, rest day😂
    Day 5: i used bottles and it hurts again but I feel stronger.👀
    Day 6: Did it 2 times, its easy I'll add weight. About results, arms do look slimmer and I am pretty happy with how they look so far😊.
    Day 7: i didn't do it with weight this time because my sister just started this and i wanted to be a support. It's so so easy so tomorrow I am doing it with bottles of 0,5L. My arms look okay but they will be more defined when i start adding weight!
    *Summary*: definitely works, just do it 2 or even 3 times a day you'll get better results😊
    *week 2*
    Day 8: i did it twice with bottles of 0,25L and it HELLA HURTS but my arms look SO GOOD LIKE GUYS THIS IS AMAZING I will do it every time with bottles😍
    Day 9: did it once with bottles and I am really happy with how my arms look!
    Day 10: I CAN SEE MUSCLES GUYS! Really nice and feminine muscles!😍 I swear this works bc I am doing just this workout for arms literally nothing else and my chubby arms are gone! Also I did it once with bottles (still on 0,25l tho)
    Day 11: my arms now look like i wanted them to but i am still doing this every day! I will just keep doing with 0,25L bc 0,5L is a NIGHTMARE! Yes guys, I am so happy with the results, tomorrow I have a prom and that's why i have been doing this exercises! Thanks Gabby❤
    *Update* : guys i have really important exams this week all i do is study so for the past 5 days I did literally nothing but i will be back on track on Thursday! My arms look the same idk what i expected (my muscles to suddenly disappear myb?) So I am glad I can still see the results.😊
    *Update 2* : i have a problem guys... I am at my grandmas and she and my sister hate when I work out so i literally can't find time where they are not home to do start doing these again. But trust me, my arms look the same and I love them😊 I don't think I will keep updating when I get back on track with my workouts bc this really works and I don't want my arms to look more muscular so I'll just keep doing these and a few others❣

    *important* SOOO Gabby made new workout plan and it has an arm workout. Its similar to this one but I like the new one better😍. I will stop doing this one so there will be no future updates, but you can find my updates in the comments of that new workout. Honestly I recommend that workout, it's literally just a minute longer than this one and like I said they are very similar. I will keep answering your questions here tho. Love yall continue working on yourself.❤

    I did this one and her other video “Get rid of armpit fat in 1 week” back to back for about a week and a half now and my arms are so much more toned. They’ve never been this toned in my LIFE. I’m also that one person that always scrolls through the comments to see if it works but I actually did this and saw results for myself. This really does work, I highly recommend!!

    okay so this works 100000%. I was really insecure about my arms (I still am lol) they're big and i look so much bigger and fatter bc of them and what makes it even worse are my huge shoulders.. I started doing this and i never noticed something big until I put on a shirt that's usually tight but it was really baggy on me especially on my arms and I was like wow,this actually works! My arms are slimmer and they're not menly at all,ty Gabriella!!

    I did the Kendall Jenner and the Love Handles Workout today. Right now, I did all 3 three minutes workouts and they are BOMB! Literally, do it! Just for you, do it once a day for one week and if you don’t like it after that, leave it. But try it, it’s worth it!

    okay so imma update everyday-
    starting size- 30cm
    day 1- it was so sore and i had to stop a few times but i managed!!!
    day 2- it killed me omg!!! again i had to stop quite a few times but i got there in the end:)
    day 3- it really burned! not as bad as the other days though and i only had to stop 4 times!
    day 4- it was a bit easier today actually! i only stopped w times, 2 of which just because i had an itchy face so technically only once
    day 5- slightly easier still rly burned tho n i only stopped 3 times to itch my face lol
    day 6- i actually done well this time, i only had to stop once to itch my face!!
    day 7- I DID IT WITHOUT STOPPING!!!!
    day 8- i’m now gonna start doing gabbies new quarantine arm workout

    okay so.... i've been doing this exercise since thursday jan.30
    so it's been 4 days.
    day1✔: i swearrr my arms we're really sore. n had to put my arms down after the pumping cuz it really hurts.
    day2✔:still the same, my arms hurt in the morning. bu't really motivated. now.
    day3✔: my arms still hurt. (the shoulder part) bu't this time. i can see the fat on my arm getting softer (?). n can see a line at the middle of my arm. //just like on the thumbnail//
    day4✔: the fat on my arm is soft. and can really feel my muscles. my arms still sore tho. :))
    day5✔: i can feel my arms getting lighter and can really feel my muscles.
    day6✔: done a bit sore.
    * i do this exercise 2x everynight* after one week of doing this, i'll be switching to the 6 min arm workout of gabriella. then i'll be updating there too.

    I did this workout for 3 weeks, 5 days a week. The first week without any weights, the second with weights, but only during the first part and the third week with weights during the whole routine.
    The upper part became more tone, however, the bottom part is still flabby.
    I did this routine because I had a wedding coming up, and after I saw the pictures I was pleasantly surprised, my arms look more tone and you can't even see the flabby parts, even when my arm was press against my body. I definitely recommend doing this workout. Thanks Gabby😊😊

      @@ananyatiwari7366 I do it 3 times sometimes 2 make sure to add some weights while doing it like water bottles. It will surely be more effective and I can already see a difference of 0.5cm.
      Its ramadan so I couldn't follow any diet and since I stay with my family fried food is a must in ramadan but I try to eat really less in moderation and intake more fruits.

    I’ve been doing this for almost 2 weeks and I’ve seen some progress, usually workouts that I do for the arms doesn’t work, but this one is *the one* y’know.
    My arms used to be flabby and fat and now my arms are less flabby and a little toned, I suggest you do this workout continuously to get results, but most of us will get different results, so no breaks, I see y’all slacking 😂.

    I did this for 3 weeks and i started seeing results. I didn't measure my arms but I did try on my old school uniforms that barely fit me on the arm hole area and boom! They fit me now. Thank you so much, Gabby!

    i’m gonna do this everyday for 7 days to see if i notice a difference. i’ll update you guys everyday!
    DAY ONE: no difference but it’s day one and toning up takes time so i just have to be patient. my arms are kinda sore though. :)
    DAY TWO: ahhh. my arms are so sore today! but they feel and look a little more toned so i guess thats good. i will keep you updated

    Day 1: I'm not going to lie my upper arms were hurting so bad but I didn't mind the pain bc of the music
    Day 2: Not that bad but still hurt haven't seen any changes yet
    Day 3: Rest Day
    Day 4: Same as day 2
    Day 5: Killed me but I felt the burn

    Okay, so today I’m going to be doing an entry every day for a week to share my results with you guys! I’m working on my summer body which means getting my arms nice and toned and to get rid of armpit fat, my stomach and abs toned and a small waist. :)

    🌼Day 1: After I did it for the second time my arms was ACHING, but I pushed through. I paused it once before the second round just for a break. I just got done doing her ab workout and didn’t want to overwork my body.
    🌼Day 2: It felt like my upper arm was about to snap but I did this twice today.

    So I haven’t been doing my ab workouts recently, I’m 14 and have an hourglass figure (tiny waist, and my hips and chest are way bigger, moreso my hips than my chest) but I want to get defined abs (I’ve always had a few lines on my chest, never done anything to get it like that but it just has been, but they’ve never been crazy defined) and thinner thighs. I’m going to be doing this and a few other workouts for a few weeks, I currently weight around 123-125lbs and my goal weight is around 115-117lbs or even less. I’ll keep this updated, add the other workouts I do, and put what I eat each day on here. I’m also trying to work on fixing my diet so I’m tracking this to see improvement.
    10/1/19- First day of this, I weighed myself before starting to workout and weighed 125.2lbs. I’m 14 and 5’4 to 5’5ish and though I know that’s a good weight for me I’m very self conscious about my thighs and want to get down to about 115. I have a relatively hourglass shape, (big thighs and hips, tiny waist with faint ab lines, big chest but it’s not as big as my thighs)
    Workout was pretty easy, it’s never been crazy hard for me. Did hurt a lot but I just had to push through it and concentrate on my goal.
    Breakfast: Nothing, we ran out of milk and I usually just grab a bowl of cereal or something that includes milk so I didn’t have many options (my bus comes at 6:25 and I get up at 5:30 so not able to go out and buy anything).
    Lunch: a Sparkling ICE and 6 oreos from my school cafeteria. (Bad school food so I settle for that instead)
    Snack: I usually don’t have one but I stayed after school pretty late so I got a small bag of Sour Cream and Onion Lays, another 6 Oreos and a Pepsi. (School snack line)
    Dinner: Half a Chipotle burrito and some Lipton black tea (two spoons of sugar)
    10/2/19-
    10/3/19- Day 3, Did not do workouts, I usually do them before showers so I don’t stink but I took my shower really early today and didn’t want to stink when I go to school tomorrow so didn’t do them :(
    Weight: 123.4
    Breakfast: donut and diet pepsi (running late for school and grabbed food from there)
    Lunch: Sparkling ICE, Sour Cream and Onion Lays and 6 Oreos
    Dinner: Cilantro-Rice with Beans
    Desert- Dippin’ Dots at my church (thursday service for high schoolers)
    10/4/19- Day 4, got my phone taken away so I didn’t do workouts but here’s the data of my meal and weight and stuff.
    Weight: ???
    Breakfast: Oatmeal, also grabbed 6 Oreos when I got to school
    Lunch: a Sparkling ICE and Sour Cream and Onion Lays
    Dinner: I’m forgetting but I will update.
    10/5/19- 5th day, YET AGAIN I was an idiot and forgot to do the workouts, I was at the mall all day (over 11,000 steps lol my usual is 6,000 or 7,000) so I kiiiinda get an excuse but still.
    Weight: ???
    Breakfast: Hot Chocolate and Pumpkin Bread from Starbucks
    Lunch: Burrito (white rice, black beans, chicken, and tomatoes), chips, and a Clementine Izze from Chipotle.
    Dinner: nothing (the chipotle left me super full)
    10/6/19- okay DAY 6 and I’m finally back at it.
    Haha no ran out of time to do this one like usual.
    Weight: 125.8 (oof my weight shot up again)
    Breakfast: Kinche (Ethiopian food I don’t know if I spelled it right, basically just cracked wheat)
    Lunch: HALF a burrito from Chipotle and some chips (shared with my mom)
    Snack: An apple cider donut from this amazing place in our town, they have the literal BEST apple cider donuts
    Dinner: nothing (was too full still)
    10/7/19- Day 7! My arms seriously burn rn but I haven’t gotten through this much of my workout routine in a while so I’m pretty happy.
    Weight: 126
    Breakfast: two of the apple cider donuts from yesterday (those are literally my kryptonite plus I woke up starving since I didn’t eat dinner last night)
    Lunch: Sour Cream and Onion Lays + a diet pepsi
    Snack: I went for a walk down to Dunkin Donuts (Literally around the corner from my house) and got a chocolate donut with sprinkles)
    Dinner: other half of the Chipotle burrito from yesterday.

    Day 1- did it twice ( the video I mean ) in the evening and it hurts a lot.
    Day 2- did it once in the morning and once in the evening, and it still hurts a lot. Like, the only thing that still keeps me going is bobbing my head front and back to survive through the pain.
    Day 3- did it once in the morning and evening. The sore is real.
    Day 4- could do it only once today. I can see some lines on my arms
    Day 5- did it twice, so far no visible changes but I can bear with the pain much more easier than the start
    Day 6- it is so much more easier to do the workout now. Did it twice
    Day 7- did it twice. No visible changes. I am confident that my arms have grown strong to a certain extent though ( I might just be imagining things )
    I have decided to continue this workout for another week. I will update after one week.

    I'm doing this, and I'll update I promise!
    General info: I'm going to be doing this with her 3 min waist workout (you can tell I'm lazy lol) and I will be measuring myself every week. I have a pretty balanced diet so I won't be changing that in addition to these workouts. Have fun and good luck everyone!
    Measurements before: waist: 28", hips:35", arms 12" each
    Day 1:
    (waist) I did these around 10 min after breakfast. The burn is real! I struggled at the end.
    (arms) right after waist. My arms aren't very strong so I really felt the burn.
    Overall I felt pretty good, I mean there was a lot of burn but I didn't feel like I was killing myself so I did it again after lunch.
    Day 2:woke up kinda sore. I did both exercises once.
    (waist) My abs were already sore so it was much tougher today. I really hate those jack knives.
    (arms) also very sore! I think my left arm is weaker?
    Overall pretty sore and it hurt a lot. Day 2's are always extra hard, so hopefully tomorrow it won't hurt as much.
    Day 3: still little sore but much less than yesterday
    (arms) I can feel my arms are a lot tighter, if that makes sense?
    (waist) almost physically failed at the end lol
    Overall still pretty hard. Definitely can feel some muscle. My abs and arms are much harder. In terms of slimming, no difference as far as I can tell, but it's only been 3 days, and it is always much easier to build muscle than lose fat. Excited to see how it turns out.
    Day 4: woke up much less sore
    (waist) It is feeling easier to do than usual. I'm feeling stronger.
    (arms) I think I'm able to the exercises with more quality? like my arms aren't dipping and lowering as much
    Overall, feel pretty good. I can see slightly more definition with my abs (there is a slight "11 line" shadow). My arms seemed to have slimmed down the tiniest bit, but it may just be me convincing myself. Excited to take measurements on Day 7.
    Day 5:
    (waist) so much easier to do wow!
    (arms) feels the same as usual. My left arm is so much weaker.
    Overall feel good.
    Day 6:
    (waist) feeling good
    (Arms) just as hard tbh
    Overall, in my waist my abs are much more toned, and my arms feel stronger. I don't know if either of them have slimmed down, though.
    Day 7: done
    Here are my feelings so far: this seems to be great more for building strength and muscle, but I'm not sure how much slimming down it does. If you consider yourself overweight or don't have much muscle in these areas, this will definitely help. If you are already relatively slim or and slightly fit (like me, I normally as a person exercise every 3 days), then I think this can only help you to a certain extent. I look forward to take measurements tomorrow morning and hopefully I've lost something!
    Day 8: MEASUREMENT DAY!
    (waist)--> lost maybe 1/3 of an inch? Idk due to how accurate my measurements were
    (arms)--> the same
    Here are my feelings: This definitely has toned me and made me stronger, but not has really done h much slimming. Since it's only been a week, I want to continue doing this for another week and I'll let you guys know how it goes but I'm going to do weekly updates instead. Thanks for the support!
    Edit: okay I hate that I've become the person who doesnt update for a really long time... but basically I did this for 3 more weeks (basically a month) and I'm satisfied with the results! I've lost 3 inches off my waist, which is insane!, and an inch and a half off both of my arms. I really like these workouts and Ive toned it down to about 3x a week now!

    Day 1: it hurt like hell, but it felt good, also I stopped like 2 times
    Day 2: it hurt a lot more than yesterday! I really thought I couldn’t do it but I pushed through as much as I could, and I also stopped like 2-3 times.
    Day 3: it didn’t hurt as much as the two other days but it did hurt, and I improved I only only stopped 1-2 times !!
    Day 4: I DIDN’T STOP AT ALL, my arms literally feel like noodles, they are literally sooooo sore !!!
    Day 5: my arms hurt so bad, they’re like soggy noodles, I hope this thing actually works !!
    Day 6: I did the Lucy Wyndham-Read “Home workout 4 minutes toned arms” it was kinda easy like too easy

    Decided to try this workout out, I’ve been doing her ab and hourglass workouts for almost a month and I’ve had amazing results so far and I’ve only done 23/30 days. Let’s try this
    I am still doing the ab workout and hourglass workout so these may factor in and play a role in my results. I have lost an inch of both my arms already from doing both of the two workouts.
    Before:
    Left arm - 25.4 cm = 10 inches
    Right arm - 25.4 cm = 10 inches
    Day 1 - wow that was harder than I thought but then again, no pain no gain. I pushed through and took no breaks. It felt so good and I felt the pain.
    Day 2 - workout complete. Man this workout really burns your arms. I hope to get my dream body soon. This is lockdown has pushed me to workout everyday with rest days included.
    Day 3 - workout complete. I feel like this is getting harder. But I pushed through and completed it.
    Day 4 - workout complete ✅ I mean it was not as hard as yesterday but it still tired my arms out. I cannot worst to see the change this done
    Day 5 - workout complete ✅. The first minute and half is fine it’s the 4th and fifth exercise that burns the most for me. I pushed through and completed it
    Day 6 - workout complete ✅ it tired my arms out so much. It feels good to push through and finish
    Day 7
    Left arm - 25.5 cm
    Right arm - 25.5 cm
    Overall in a week I gained 0.1 cm. it’s not much but I’m slightly disappointed I didn’t lose

    I did this with weights and it’s barely day one but forsure will have results omg I love you!! ❤️❤️ btw I already don’t have super chubby arms, I would just like to make them more leaner, and you can’t just do this workout if you are expecting results, I do cardio about 2x a week and HITT 1x a week! then I resistance train about 4-5x a week😊😊 will update if anyone is interested in my results!!     I’ve been doing the arm workout for a week already (I’ve do all of them but this one has made 2 differences) my arm is less flabby and more toned but I’ve noticed a BIG DIFFERENCE in my shoulders! Usually I get the pain in my shoulders instead of in my arm and my shoulders are actually getting tighter! Thanks Gabby for these short workouts!

    Going to be updating you guys on this workout!!!! I have pretty flappy arms and I hope it works!
    DAY1- so I have done this workout before but I’m redoing and doing it with a one pound weight and did it twice in a row. Hurt but it’s worth it at the end of the day
    DAY2- Used a weight and did it twice hurt but a bit better then yesterday!!
    DAY3- used the weight did twice sore but can do the exercise better.

    ONE LIKE=ONE DAY OF UPDATING
    day 0: about 8.5 inches on both
    day 1: still 8.5 inches my arms are so tired omg (duh)
    day 2: 10:14 pm- still 8.5 inches :( but i feel less tired and i feel like i have more muscle?
    day 3: 3:38 pm- got down to 8.25 inches for both. don't feel tired at all. idk if it's accurate so i'll record again at night
    8:47 pm- 8 inches for both. only feel a little bit tired :)
    day 4: 4:10 pm- still 8 inches for both. i did this workout about 5 times today, but i barely feel tired. might not be accurate so i'll record at night later. might add weights/water bottles too.

    I love her 3 minute workouts ... I can easily pick 5-6 of these and make a 15-18 minute workout. LOVE IT ❤️

    Guys this workout definitely works ! I swear my arms looks way smaller & toned than before after 3 weeks! I did this everyday nonstop and I also add some light weight while doing this workout ! Do it twice a day I’m sure u will see the result pretty quick
    Edit : After 1 month my arms became really really slim and toned , definitely recommending doing this workout while combining some weight training

      I do this workout every day, three times a day (you can do it two times a day if you want), NON-STOP, and without rest
      I recommend using weights or water bottles, so I use more force and my results are faster and better.

      Update : It’s been six days since I am doing I haven’t seen remarkable changes but I felt my arms felt comfortable while wearing one of my clothes that was tight for me

    I will inshallah do this for a full week and see what happens. Twice per day is the plan 😊
    Week 1: ✅
    Day 1: ✅ I had to take a couple of short breaks because it hurt so much. I also sat with my legs crossed cause it's more comfortable.
    Day 2: ✅ Had some breaks too. Divided the workout into 2 time intervals, so I didn't do the workout 2 times in a row. I'm sore and it still hurts.
    Day 3: ✅ It's getting easier with less breaks. Still hurts.
    Day 4: ✅ Okay this workout still hurts, BUT I've managed to pull through and take less breaks.
    Day 5: ✅ Taking less breaks and I feel stronger than when I first started. I think I'm starting to see my arms getting toned.
    Day 6: ✅ I was sore today so this workout was harder than yesterday. Did it in 2 time intervals.
    Day 7: ✅ Alhamdulillah I was able to take less breaks; I took a break before and after the second half of round one and no breaks in round 2. I'm not sure if I had lost 0.25 of an inch on my arms or I didn't measure right. Will, inshallah keep on doing this workout for 30 more days along with the rest her 3 minute series workout and keep ya'll posted.
    *note: I stood up doing this workout from days 3 until 7.
