Nice vid. In my own tests Blood for the blood god works best over carroburg crimson or with a tiny bit of purple mixed in. Army painter glistening blood looks much better on top of army painter murder scene paint. The others were unusable. Blood for the blood god and glistening blood look good mixed into Uhu glue then applied as dripping gore as well.
Sounds like you did more extensive research. I think army painter is coming out with a nee blood effect paint so I’ll probably do a part 2 of this video
Army Painter's team are clearly aliens because no blood on earth has ever looked like that. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling that product.
Love the channel!! Have you ever tried Tamiya X-27 for blood effects? I love, add some uhu glue and you can make some cool gore. Keep up the good work!
A mate of mine got "coagulated blood" or something like that from Green Stuff World. This one actually looks like blood. He left a bit on a Pringles Lid and I actually thought I cut myself and left a drop of blood there
My brother gave me a Vallejo Dried Blood paint. Its, ok, as it gives the effect what it says it is, but it feels like more of the red side of rust in many cases. I never played around with the old Blood for the Blood God, but I do quite enjoy the new one. It is too dark in many cases, but its ok for the most part. I've found putting a middle tone red under it helps, and a bright red can get very vibrant, but not fully a blood color.
Great review, it would be interesting to see how you would rate Green Stuff World coagulated blood.

Cool tips. I look forward to the next one.
Awesome, thank you!
Good to see them altogether
Face reveal boom! Good seeing ya and keep the content coming!
I did make some other video's with my face but I don't do it a lot haha. I might do more in the future if I can a bit used to it.
Totally agree with your ratings, Glistening Blood is not good at all.
Yeah that one baffled me. The color was neon pink

Have you tried Game Color's Thick Blood? I wonder how it compares. Can't find any reviews of it
I'll add it to my list of new Blood paints to try!

Thanks! And no I didn't know that existed! I already got some great feedback on this video so I'll be making a part 2 for sure
AK has a new blood paint and guts paint. Used them today. They were great and pretty creepy.
I got them too and yes they are very very vile. Love it

I've heard about this one. I'm waiting for the new Army Painter blood effect and then I'm going to make another compare video
One thing ive noticed is that Glistening blood darkens when it dries
Ah I didn’t notice that but early next year I’ll probably do a part 2 as I’ve received a lot of helpful comments
Glistening blood is good on exposed brain matter or guts. The pink works for the innars. Then blood god on top. Thats what i do anyway
Great tip thank you! I will try this
Weird, my fresh blood isnt that orange
Oh interesting! Maybe I had a bad batch?
Tamiya Clear red still reigns surpreme
I need to experiment with it more :)

Excellent tip thank you! I've gathered even more blood paints and will shortly make a new blood effect video to end all blood effect videos haha
