The biggest difference would be that this has clay in it while the O'Douds doesn't. This has a bit more hold and dryness to it, whereas the O'douds is a lot lighter in hold and less dryness. Both produce good texture, but it depends on what you want to style. Just take into consideration that the O'douds product is a Sea Salt Texture Spray, and this is a clay incorporated Texture Spray.
