I wish there was an option try out the new skins in practice tool or something before purchasing. All skins have a different feel and a different look based on your video settings, there is almost no way to know if you actually like the skin besides how it looks in videos. League has a PBE were you can try any skin before purchasing there is no reason why Valorant shouldn't have the same, seeing how skins are non-refundable and expensive.

I think I even saw avg jonas going over the skins and he said it was despite two of the skins having the same exact inspect sound back to back.
The overton window on skin prices has shifted so far, arguing for an $80 price tag is insane. Its a skin bundle. realisticly this (as one of the best bundles imo should cost $25-30 MAAAAAYBE $40 but anything over that is an insane price for any skin.) not only that but think about how many people would buy this whole bundle for $40! people would go insane over a cheap but super dope skinline, I think just because more people would buy it riot might make a simmilar amount of money.

Something about these last two bundles has given me a lot of agent specific vibes, like with overdrive it felt like raze with gotta go fast, the stickers, and the color scheme, and with this new one, especially with the the default, it gives jett because of the default colors.
At the very least they should offer some Radianite points if you buy the bundle. Radianite is the only thing I refuse to spend money on no matter how many skins I need to upgrade, the price for them is truly outrageous.

At bare minimum they are paying artists and developers to implement these skins in the game. But more accurately these skins also finance the entire game. Game design, network administration, esports etc. they expend a ton of resources to make this game let you play it for free. The skins are worthless if you don’t have a game to play them in. And that game costs money to run.

To be fair this bundle looks so different from other bundles (animation,pullout,kill banner). With all of that the final kill makes the WHOLE map rain which is kind of insane in itself. still bullshit price tho.
I get that they've kinda backed themselves into a corner and they can't make new skins cheap because then owners of old ones would be mad, but I genuinely think that they would make up to double their profits if the bundle was half price. It's unbelievably stupid how they have the prices set up for some regions too where the only options for VP either leave you 50-200VP short or 500-1000 too much. Even 2150 for each gun like they've done in the past would be great. Also I think old buyers would probably be mostly fine with it, as someone who owns spectrum now that there are more (and better) music skins I low key feel like it was insanely overvalued but I'm not marching in the streets because skins are cheaper lol I'm happy for it. But this will make it the 5th most expensive bundle in the game, and while it's definitely really good I don't think it needs to be any higher than RGX, SOL, Ruination, Chaos, Crono, Araxys, imperium, overdrive, glitchpop, blastX, singularity etc. Seriously what differentiates this from 2150 skins, almost all have sick pullouts, unique reloads, nice sounds, cool finisher etc. RGX, Chaos, overdrive, araxys and singularity even have special inspect animations that alters the gun model which this doesn't.

Their paying scandal only works because most of our bundles now are like 120$ (AUD) and now they're upping it. We look at the latest bundles and compare, realizing that it's only a few bucks higher. it went from 1775-2175-2375. The difference between them all small but the difference from 1775 to 2375 is 600 and it will keep increasing even until it's as much as a battle pass. But you look at the start of gaming like lol, and most skins were 0-10 dollars and dota skins are like 3 cents.
Def. one of the best bundles ever. For me it's up there with Prelude to Chaos, Araxys, Gaia and Reaver. Design, Sounds and Effects are awesome... the damn rain effect is so smooth. I will probably buy the black Vandal and that's it.

I'm a student and I used to have quite some money.. until I spent about 2.5K on Valorant :( And I did stop buying skins and kind of overcame the addiction to buy them but damn this bundle is insane. Probably gonna spend the next days trying to convince myself why I shouldn't buy this bundle.
Ask yourself this: 1) How long will it take until I'm bored? 2) Is the money I spend on the skins worth the playtime until I get bored of it? 3) Do I truly enjoy the skins enough to buy it? 4) Can I afford it? 5) Is this money later on in life going to be important? If all of your answers were ok for you, then you can buy it. But even though you can buy it, I'll strongly urge not to because spending that much in a game cosmetic is kind of insane. I've been there before, because I was addicted to skins for a really long time.

The problem I have with those prices aren't the fact that they're this expensive, I'm actually kind of ok with this price, but the fact that I have to buy like 160-200 radianite later on just to upgrade those skins makes me sick (50 dollars = 80 Radianite), and I'm not even including colors.

Lemme just ask a question: Is this bundle mind blowing as the Elderflame when it came out? Or the Zedd one?? It doesnt feel that premium. The gun model seems a bp skin with effects slapped over it. If it wasn't for the finisher or knife no one will pick this up. This is on the same level of Singularity and Glitchpop, 2175 per gun at max.
The knife is so clean but it has a thing in the inspect where it winds up and it looks like it freezes for a split second and that would be the only thing I focused on if I bought it

i think valorant should add weather at map such as snow at icebox, sandstorm at bind and rain at any other map. At icebox, we can have footprint traces at the snow, or blur vision of sand in bind etc

the pricing of valorant skins is predatory, the whole model of the game follows counter strike logic, so they follow that logic on the skins aspect as well, thats how they justify the high pricing, people who play valorant look at counter strike skins that cost thousands of dollars and feel good that their skins cost like 20-25 dollars individualy, but they miss the important point that at any time you want you can sell your counter strike skins on the steam market place to buy other skins or games, trade them with other players, or even sell them on third party websites for real money, so even if you spend a thousand dollars on a counter strike knife, you wont lose your money, it is more possible that the price will go up as the prices of counter strike skins have sky rocketed over the years, meanwhile valorant skins are locked into your account and for that reason i cant justify these prices
This is absolutely disgusting and as someone who literally just bought the Endeavor Vandal and RGX Phantom (my first skins aside from free BP rewards) when they entered my rotation because those are some of the very few skins that I like enough to stomach the price, I'm honestly considering refunding (haven't actually played a match with them yet so I hope it'll go through) just because I don't want to support such greedy business practice I'm already pissed they don't offer any way to earn weapon skins with time, add on top of that the ridiculous prices, I'm considering to go exclusively with free skins from agent contracts even if it's only pistols out of spite, feels way better when you earned them anyway instead of just paying up

I think the bundles are reasonably priced considering the game is FTP and runs 128 tic servers by default without a 3rd party application. It helps fund the Esport scene and constant content updates. Do I wish it was cheaper yes but am I mad about it no because that would make me greedy.

Honestly I dont think I could ever justify riots pricings OR the people that buy them. Subjectively everyone values things differently. A valorant player wont value a MMOs expansion cause they probably dont even play games like it or even consider them. But Objectively how do you price something the same or higher when weighing content and development when comparing Valorant bundles to $100 worth of in game content in other games (or honestly just a whole nother game). Like, what is riot doing with these skins that justfies the price? To be fair with the skins, these things are very high quality. Cant find many games that put that much attention to their premium skin lines. Art, models, sound, and animations seems to spare no effort. Costly to make, but holy costly to purchase, especially from a objective value pov on in game cosmetics. At least you can buy weapons separately, still upwards to $23? Somewhat standard, $8 more I'd say.

i remember buying the singularity bundle sometime around valorants release years ago, 5 fully animated skins, dope animations. to this day they are the only skins i have. 45$ USD for the WHOLE BUNDLE, these new bundles are cool. but they're not TWO TIMES as cool, riot only does this because dumb people buy it anyway. if we didn't buy the horrendously prices bundles they could never justify continuing to release them because they wont sell, but the playerbase falls for the fomo and buy thems everytime. so the community will forever be its own issue
at first I wanted to be on riot's side a little when I saw all the cool animations. Then I watched it again. They deadass didn't even make any new animations. It is the chronovoid reload animation and the jett (valorant go) knife pullout animation for the sherrif. The rain effect on the finisher is super easy to make too, you just slap the rain effect onto the player camera and boom ez pz and without that effect honestly the finisher is pretty mid at best. They deadass did no work to make this bundle. The only thing they really did was make a new animation for the knife, which is sick. But even on the knife the pullout animation is recycled from the valorant go kunai. the fact that riot chose to raise the price for this bundle considering all this is actually criminal
Bruh now I feel bad for getting the overdrive bundle. I bought it just for the knife, and I still dunno if I regret it or not. The only other skin that I use from overdrive is the sheriff. Vandal is meh, I have other better options. Stinger and bucky are good but well who uses those anyway. Meanwhile this kurunami has a sheriff and marshal, my go to eco weapon. Vandal is just clean, and a spectre on top which is another half buy round weapon. All weapon are "good" value. Knife is good value. So I might.... maybe.... probably..... most definitely go for this bundle as well.

The overton window on skin prices has shifted so far, arguing for an $80 price tag is insane. Its a skin bundle. realisticly this (as one of the best bundles imo should cost $25-30 MAAAAAYBE $40 but anything over that is an insane price for any skin.) not only that but think about how many people would buy this whole bundle for $40! people would go insane over a cheap but super dope skinline, I think just because more people would buy it riot might make a simmilar amount of money.

At bare minimum they are paying artists and developers to implement these skins in the game. But more accurately these skins also finance the entire game. Game design, network administration, esports etc. they expend a ton of resources to make this game let you play it for free.
The skins are worthless if you don’t have a game to play them in. And that game costs money to run.

To be fair this bundle looks so different from other bundles (animation,pullout,kill banner). With all of that the final kill makes the WHOLE map rain which is kind of insane in itself. still bullshit price tho.

I get that they've kinda backed themselves into a corner and they can't make new skins cheap because then owners of old ones would be mad, but I genuinely think that they would make up to double their profits if the bundle was half price. It's unbelievably stupid how they have the prices set up for some regions too where the only options for VP either leave you 50-200VP short or 500-1000 too much. Even 2150 for each gun like they've done in the past would be great.
Also I think old buyers would probably be mostly fine with it, as someone who owns spectrum now that there are more (and better) music skins I low key feel like it was insanely overvalued but I'm not marching in the streets because skins are cheaper lol I'm happy for it. But this will make it the 5th most expensive bundle in the game, and while it's definitely really good I don't think it needs to be any higher than RGX, SOL, Ruination, Chaos, Crono, Araxys, imperium, overdrive, glitchpop, blastX, singularity etc.
Seriously what differentiates this from 2150 skins, almost all have sick pullouts, unique reloads, nice sounds, cool finisher etc. RGX, Chaos, overdrive, araxys and singularity even have special inspect animations that alters the gun model which this doesn't.

We look at the latest bundles and compare, realizing that it's only a few bucks higher. it went from 1775-2175-2375. The difference between them all small but the difference from 1775 to 2375 is 600 and it will keep increasing even until it's as much as a battle pass. But you look at the start of gaming like lol, and most skins were 0-10 dollars and dota skins are like 3 cents.

The problem I have with those prices aren't the fact that they're this expensive, I'm actually kind of ok with this price, but the fact that I have to buy like 160-200 radianite later on just to upgrade those skins makes me sick (50 dollars = 80 Radianite), and I'm not even including colors.

the pricing of valorant skins is predatory, the whole model of the game follows counter strike logic, so they follow that logic on the skins aspect as well, thats how they justify the high pricing, people who play valorant look at counter strike skins that cost thousands of dollars and feel good that their skins cost like 20-25 dollars individualy, but they miss the important point that at any time you want you can sell your counter strike skins on the steam market place to buy other skins or games, trade them with other players, or even sell them on third party websites for real money, so even if you spend a thousand dollars on a counter strike knife, you wont lose your money, it is more possible that the price will go up as the prices of counter strike skins have sky rocketed over the years, meanwhile valorant skins are locked into your account and for that reason i cant justify these prices

This is absolutely disgusting and as someone who literally just bought the Endeavor Vandal and RGX Phantom (my first skins aside from free BP rewards) when they entered my rotation because those are some of the very few skins that I like enough to stomach the price, I'm honestly considering refunding (haven't actually played a match with them yet so I hope it'll go through) just because I don't want to support such greedy business practice
I'm already pissed they don't offer any way to earn weapon skins with time, add on top of that the ridiculous prices, I'm considering to go exclusively with free skins from agent contracts even if it's only pistols out of spite, feels way better when you earned them anyway instead of just paying up

I think the bundles are reasonably priced considering the game is FTP and runs 128 tic servers by default without a 3rd party application. It helps fund the Esport scene and constant content updates. Do I wish it was cheaper yes but am I mad about it no because that would make me greedy.

For those critiquing it. Absolutely no one is forcing you to buy it, for the ones that argue “It’s a triple AAA game’s worth”. If you would just keep buying triple AAA games it would as useless as buying this skin pack and not playing valorant. It doesn’t give you any advantage, it’s a cosmetic, if you are so eager to buy a good skin bundle and think it’s too expensive, it’s first of all absolutely no one’s problem but yours, if you can’t afford a bundle that seems seems overpriced for your state you absolutely shouldn’t and I would advise you to not buy one. Honestly I dont think I could ever justify riots pricings OR the people that buy them. Subjectively everyone values things differently. A valorant player wont value a MMOs expansion cause they probably dont even play games like it or even consider them. But Objectively how do you price something the same or higher when weighing content and development when comparing Valorant bundles to $100 worth of in game content in other games (or honestly just a whole nother game). Like, what is riot doing with these skins that justfies the price?
To be fair with the skins, these things are very high quality. Cant find many games that put that much attention to their premium skin lines. Art, models, sound, and animations seems to spare no effort. Costly to make, but holy costly to purchase, especially from a objective value pov on in game cosmetics. At least you can buy weapons separately, still upwards to $23? Somewhat standard, $8 more I'd say.

i remember buying the singularity bundle sometime around valorants release years ago, 5 fully animated skins, dope animations. to this day they are the only skins i have. 45$ USD for the WHOLE BUNDLE, these new bundles are cool. but they're not TWO TIMES as cool, riot only does this because dumb people buy it anyway. if we didn't buy the horrendously prices bundles they could never justify continuing to release them because they wont sell, but the playerbase falls for the fomo and buy thems everytime. so the community will forever be its own issue
at first I wanted to be on riot's side a little when I saw all the cool animations. Then I watched it again. They deadass didn't even make any new animations. It is the chronovoid reload animation and the jett (valorant go) knife pullout animation for the sherrif. The rain effect on the finisher is super easy to make too, you just slap the rain effect onto the player camera and boom ez pz and without that effect honestly the finisher is pretty mid at best. They deadass did no work to make this bundle. The only thing they really did was make a new animation for the knife, which is sick. But even on the knife the pullout animation is recycled from the valorant go kunai. the fact that riot chose to raise the price for this bundle considering all this is actually criminal
Bruh now I feel bad for getting the overdrive bundle. I bought it just for the knife, and I still dunno if I regret it or not. The only other skin that I use from overdrive is the sheriff. Vandal is meh, I have other better options. Stinger and bucky are good but well who uses those anyway. Meanwhile this kurunami has a sheriff and marshal, my go to eco weapon. Vandal is just clean, and a spectre on top which is another half buy round weapon. All weapon are "good" value. Knife is good value. So I might.... maybe.... probably..... most definitely go for this bundle as well.
i have a simple solution that for some reason no1 talks about JUST MAKE IT SO WHEN U BUY THE BUNDLE U GET THE AMOUNT OF RADIANITE NEEDED TO FULLY UPGRADE IT its a win win situation becouse the skins such as enderflame rgx and this one have a shit ton of cool efects and that would be a reason to buy bundles becouse who needs a 10th sheriff/vandal skin that u wont ever use
