🌼Taco Roll-Ups/ Pinwheels
-1 lb of lean ground beef
-1/2 a yellow onion chopped
-1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes and green chiles
-1 packet of taco seasoning
* You only will need half of this meat, If you want to use it all you will have to double the remaining part of the recipe*
4 oz of room temperature cream cheese
-1/2 cup of salsa
-1 can of pizza dough
-1 ish cups of Mexican style cheese for inside the roll ups
more cheese to top them off with
Bake on 375° for 12 minutes until the dough is browning around the edges! Top with cheese and bake another 1-2 minutes just long enough to melt the cheese over the top!
Served with sour cream on top and some taco rice on the side!
🌼Cheeseburger Calzones
-2 whole onions, sliced
-1 tbsp of butter
-1 tbsp of avocado oil
-salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp each
-1 lb of ground beef
-2 tsp of hamburger seasoning, You can use any seasonings you like to add into hamburger meat!
-1 can of pizza dough, cut into 4 sections
-cheese of choice, I used gouda.( about 1 1/2 cups)
-any other toppings you want that you enjoy on a burger. I added tomatoes into mine! Jalapenos would have been super tasty too!
Bake on 375° for 12-13 minutes until golden!✨ Served with Sweet potato fries!
🌼Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks
-1 can of pizza dough
-parchment paper
-2 tbsp of butter
-1 tsp of minced garlic
-1/2 tsp of oregano
-1/2 tsp of parsley
-1/4 tsp of garlic powder
-1/4 tsp of salt
-1 1/2 cups of whole milk shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/4 to 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
-more parsley over the top for color!
Bake on 400° for 10-12ish minutes until cheese is browning! Served with Spaghetti!
