Ohh pandit ji.. what an explanation of dhirkit .. spledid .. awesome.. You are really giving so much of brilliant insights for the tabla students.. Kudos to you .. pranam ..
Namaste Pandit ji. Truly, dheretere best explained by you in this tutorial. I felt it so easy to understand all the details. Thank you Pandit ji .. Pranam
Sir excellent snd thanks for aldo explaining the hand position for Dhere Dhere. I have question similar for Taka used at the start of a Tirakitataka. Why not play this Taka slso starting with tge forefinger as opposed to using the entire 4 fingers . Won't the mechanics of the finger movement be easier and therefore the ability to play in faster tempo?
Very nice question. But I already explained the answer and the mechanism in some of the tutorials. The thing is, while playing TAKA TAKA, the 1st TAKA is played with the index finger and the 2nd TAKA is played with four fingers. Here in this kaida, you notice, that from no 1 all the variations ends with TAKA and we are starting the variations again with TAKA. Right ? Means we are playing TAKA TAKA. So, as per the rule, the starting has to be with four fingers TAKA. I hope you understand it now. 😊 #thetablagurukul
