I used to affirm for 6-9h a day, robotically for 2-3 days and then spiral hard because i wasnt witnessing the changes i wanted. I felt confident in my affirming, even euphoric because i knew my manifestation can be here after only 3 days cause of all the people on the Internet exclaiming that they got ridiculously miraculous manifestations so quickly. But instead i got anxious and mad. Now i only affirm when it suites me because the mental exhaustion from affirming for 6-9h all day everyday day was too much for me.

We are all different & so our manifesting style should be different. Some people have success with visualization, some script, some affirm & some listen to subliminals, others do a combination. The "right way" is whatever you connect most with. You were you were affirming to "expect " to get something. You are supposed to affirm from a place of knowing " you already have it" you may also need to affirm that " you get whatever you want to in 3 day" or that you are" a master at manifesting"

I think after a point of time atleast for me I started feeling oh no ofc im not feeling resistance or negative emotions because I am that person, why would I feel any other way, i started saying that and I am now completely that person
You don't think with effort when you think about the things you have always have right, you just basically feel nothing about it, because you feel normal and natural about it. So one with the feeling of putting effort and that may cause anxiety, and one is not.

Danielle, how one can tell that they “put effort, vibrationally speaking,” what exactly that means when I’m affirming? I suppose that could be translated as having some level of indifference? Meaning when I say my affs, I’ll be saying them with what kind of attitude?🙏

Because of you, I tried to affirm in a neutral or robotic way or with indifference but I affirm so slow lol. The author said passive yet rapid way? I get anxious when I say the affirmations rapidly or fastly. I wonder if it is okay to robotically affirm slowly? I will still try to affirm in robotic yet rapid way. I have anxiety so I get anxious easily lol so affirming slowly is calming to me.
I want to know how to think about my affirmations. For example, if I want to marry my SP should I imagine just one scene in my mind and keep repeating it while saying my affirmations? Or should I let my mind think about many things, like where I will buy the engagement dress, how my life with him will be, how my house will look, and so on? Please answer 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
What if affirming quickly makes you panic? Do I affirm it slower? Bc to me if my heart is racing then my thoughts race, if I’m calm my thoughts are calmer and the other way around. So what would you suggest?
If you're calm then you're not at odds with your imagination, so you're fine. If you really want to do it robotically, though, write your affirmations down and then just kind of space out while reading them back to yourself.

I‘m the same 😊 I can’t even do quick robotic affirming as it makes me very anxious and desperate. Whereas relaxing, meditating, just being as neutral as possible (as in feeling stable/not super triggered) and then affirming once or twice, is better for me. It helps me align with being the version that has it, as my assumption is, if I had it, I wouldn’t be sitting here affirming like crazy 😊 that’s just me though!

I doesnt matter if you have an image in mind or not. They are still working. You just have to repeat them a lot and saturate your mind. The whole point of manifestation that you convince your subconscious to believe that you already have the desire. So if it helps you to pray or do spells or make handstands and you believe that it works, it will work. It's important to not spiral into old thoughts and persist in the new story

@DivyakantbhaiPathak saturate your mind means you are really most of the time thinking of your desire as already true. You have to be clear about your desire. For example, if you want a relationship with an SP your affirmation could look like , I am in a happy relationship with sp,. And you can do inner conversations about that with reasons why you are with the SP. You imprint your subconscious mind with repetition. You literally become what you think. Manifestation is always perfect, it will happen. So don't worry about the how and when. It will. And it will very soon if you put in the repetition
@@DivyakantbhaiPathak also it doesn't really matter what you do. Praying is basically a form of manifesting where you put the trust and the knowing that it will happen in God. If you believe doing handstand for 10 mins a day will manifest your desire then the handstand will work as well

due to my past mistakes m trying to get my sp back he is hurt by my actions we were supposed to get married now its not like that he left me and we still talking spending time with each other loving each other but he says theres no commitment he doesnt wanna date me or be committeed there is also 3p his female frnd which trying to get very close to him i hate it idk what to do m so depressed pls reply an help me something for 3p and committement i want we both love each other dearly

Yes just affirm slower, when I affirm to fast I get anxious. Breathe in and breathe out then affirm slower and you’ll feel more calm
