I was there this summer for 4 days and i had my first caffé at the Bar "Grande Italia" 05:38 ...first time in Teramo but i enjoyed it..Abruzzo is great ( i visited Pescara,Scanno,Chieti,Montesilvano,Francavilla al mare, and many more before....)-......
Some of my best memories of Italy are peeking through open doors. Especially the palazzo being renovated on the Piazza in Florence. 3 more years...3 more years.
Thanks for this. My mother’s grandparents came to America from Morro D’Oro a small town in Teramo so being able to see anything from that area is really cool. I hope to visit one day
I love day trips! Gorgeous little town. The best places are hidden away from the mainstream and that food looked fantastic! I'd need a nap after all that pasta! Everytime you do a video I google "real estate" for that particular place. One day I will find a great spot to begin anew and looking forward to it. These videos help immensely. Thank you for sharing. Such fun!
Grazie mille per quel video molto interressante e piacevolissimo sulla città di Teramo che non conoscevo prima. Infatti è un luogo da visitare assolutamente.😎😎
Days like this are precisely why I want to live in Italy but I would always enter the church and climb the tower for views! Sempre si deve salire la torre! ❤
Thank you for showcasing Teramo. Been there many times and it is in my shortlist of retirement locations. ( I have my codice fiscale and now applying for long term stay visa) The draw for me, among many other things is its proximity to both beaches and mountains. Please feature Casteli for their world renowned ceramics. Enjoy watching your contents. Thank you.
Lovely video & a delightful town. Can't wait for you to get your property licence, you have a real talent for marketing properties. Do you eat risotto dishes ? My favourite 😊
the famous spaghetti meatballs have origins from Teramo. from the famous spaghetti alla chitarra of Teramo, which several migrants from the area introduced to Philadelphia. except that those from Teramo are small meatballs
Hi guy's, hello from Melbourne. Please keep the good work up. My wife and I have been searching for information in regards to purchasing a small place in Italy for a long time now, We are looking at Abruzzo, the birth place of my wife's farther. We will be in Italy in October for five weeks or so, we are talking with a real estate company located in Pescara, Starting to get excited now. Your online content is awesome, and a lot of the places you have been to, I have been researching over the last year or so, thanks again for your hard work.
If/when my wife and I move overseas from the US, I’m not sure that I’d want to live in a large expat area. It sort of defeats the purpose of moving to another country.
Hi MR. I agree, however we have come across many people who are concerned about moving to a new place as they may be older, single and with little to no working knowledge of Italian, and they have expressed that perhaps being around people like them may ease the stress of such move.
Being around some expats might be best at first for people who do not speak much Italian yet, so long as they do make the effort to mix with some Italians, too. I used to spend a month and a half each summer there when my husband played music in an annual festival. After the festival week was over, he would stay behind to play in a local club after the other musicians would return to the States, and in the first years it could get frustrating trying to do some practical things, as well as feeling a little culture shock after wandering about on our own for too long. We had been spoiled during the festival by always having some people around who spoke some English and some Italian, but we felt much more at home by the third year.
The ending was funny. The boy looking at the camera. There's a meme about old original movie reels from around 1900 and there's always at least one boy in the background trying to see what's happening. Every country, every generation it's the same.
Hola Fiorella! Soy Argentina y me fascina Italia. Gracias a Dios he estado 3 veces pero siempre añoro volver. Disfruto mucho tus videos.
Abrazos 🤗
Hello Mr. Rossinni, I will be retiring next year and would appreciate your opinion on which region is better for a single man to live Abruzzo or Puglia? Thank you.
According to ISTAT there's literally 195 expats living in the entire province of Teramo, i heard in southern Italy there's plenty of expats from Africa and Pakistan working in the fields but also in the recreational substances industry (they're salespersons mostly), is that true?
Me encantó!

@@rossinniandco Castelli is a commune in Teramo located at the foothills of Gran Sasso maybe about 45 mins from Teramo City.

Wow, what a lovely town❤! Note to myself, avoid ZTLs like a plague (or COVID😅)!
For sure Barbara. We got a fine a few months ago and we didn't even know we had driven a few metres into a ZTL
You are living my dream. :). How much did you have to pay toll on the autostrada?
Hi Eric. It was €10 each way

Hi. That's a tricky one. It would depend on so many factors.
Why don't you send us an email to rossinniandco@gmail.com
Great looking City!

Hi, yes there are.
Minimum is 1 train change
What dialect is spoken in this part of Italy?
Hi Dennis. I would say that Abruzzese and Terramanë, but perhaps some others as well
Good prices
Yes Maria, not bad for a big city ☀️

Abruzzo is central italy
Hi. By looking at a map perhaps, but not at all to the eyes of Italians and the way the country is culturally divided and perceived
@@rossinniandco I tell you how it looks from the eyes of someone who's from Abruzzo, we aren't South. :))
Noted 😉
Why expats choosing to live there?
great video. tnx!
Thanks Amon. Glad you liked it ☀️
Thanks!
Thank you so much Stewart ♥️
